I usually get a message notifying me that my prescription had been received. I contacted the pharmacy the day prior to it being ready to verify that they had received the prescription and let them know that I was completely out. I get there the next morning and was told it would be ready at 1PM, it wasn't. I get back there at 1:20PM and it still isn't ready. I'm then told it would be ready at 2:30pm, I'm asking why it's not ready and they say because the pharmacist has to fill it. Finally I get medication at 2:30, and while I'm still talking to the tech, he just walks off. So after inconveniencing me twice,then you're rude as well!

Will not answer phones.
Will not fill prescriptions even when they are open. Slow lazy people

2 of the people in the pharmacy at this moment are so rude! This is the closest pharmacy to my house, but I will go out of my way to go somewhere else! Very insulting, and don't ask if I have any questions if you are just going to patronize me for asking valid questions. I pray that people treat you better than you treat customers.

The pharmacy manager seems dim. Very rude, not smarrt staff.
It's what we can expect out of the MEGA-CORP .
Really feel like cvs isn't a safe option anymore for medicine.
They just don't care

Pharmacy has gotten but still needs to work in the communication system.
Every time I've called my doc office to tell them, CVS says you're not responding they never see a CVS message. And I know my doc office system works

The pharmacy is horrible when getting my prescription i have to wait almost two weeks after getting my prescription to even get my needles to go with it

Came here for post-surgical meds (pain, anti-nausea, and antibiotics) for an outpatient procedure. Waited an hour and it still wasn't done, so I just went home. Guess I'll do without! Thanks for nothing.

The customer service here is awful! You can tell they just don’t care. I had to wait 30min for a flu shot and there was no customers. And I had to pick up an rx for my sick child. I got in the drive through line 10min before they closed. As I drove up to the window the lady closed the gate right in front of me. At least attend the cars that were there before closing time. There was no other car behind me. Wouldn’t have taken long. Close the gate in front of my face. I never complain. But this place is really bad.

Great customer service and great people in general! Very knowledgeable and respectful crew ? especially the lead tech there she's pretty cool, oh yeah and that new Yorker Tracy too!

CVS on Campbell Avenue in Lynchburg Virginia is absolutely the worst store ever. The pharmacy is a joke they're very condescending to costumer's, they never answer the phone in a timely manner. Avoid this pharmacy at all cost if you can....

If I could give a 0 I would. This place is the worst pharmacy ever.. all the workers there are so rude and don't care about anyone or doing there jobs.. CVS on Campbell Ave should be completely closed down.. I had 1 question to ask I called several times stayed on for awhile then would hang up. In total I tried for 5 hours and 21 minutes.. finally I had to drive 20 minutes there to ask a question.. I thought maybe they was really busy and short staffed.. when I got there it was no customer in the store or in the drive thru... 3 of them back there working and just wouldn't answer the phone. When I said to them that I had been trying to call for hours the curly hair old lady laughed in my face.. and said she could have my meds ready to be picked up in 15 mins the only thing I wanted to know is when they could be filled.... horrible place and people

Stopped in yesterday, September 5, 2023 and the lady with the glasses older lady maybe late 40s early 50s had the worst customer service very nonchalant no empathy no smile no positive attitude just dry and snappy act like she didn’t wanna do anything answer any questions just a bad attitude and I was literally over it so this will be my last time to CVS on Campbell Avenue. put a smile and greet someone and be a little bit positive and have the positive energy they don’t need to work in certain fields get a at home job geeeeshh.

The worst experience lately. My prescriptions do not get filled. You ask for customer service and they send it to the reginal manager. This is the same manager that never contacts you.
