Came here for post-surgical meds (pain, anti-nausea, and antibiotics) for an outpatient procedure. Waited an hour and it still wasn't done, so I just went home. Guess I'll do without! Thanks for nothing.

The customer service here is awful! You can tell they just don’t care. I had to wait 30min for a flu shot and there was no customers. And I had to pick up an rx for my sick child. I got in the drive through line 10min before they closed. As I drove up to the window the lady closed the gate right in front of me. At least attend the cars that were there before closing time. There was no other car behind me. Wouldn’t have taken long. Close the gate in front of my face. I never complain. But this place is really bad.

Great customer service and great people in general! Very knowledgeable and respectful crew ? especially the lead tech there she's pretty cool, oh yeah and that new Yorker Tracy too!

CVS on Campbell Avenue in Lynchburg Virginia is absolutely the worst store ever. The pharmacy is a joke they're very condescending to costumer's, they never answer the phone in a timely manner. Avoid this pharmacy at all cost if you can....

If I could give a 0 I would. This place is the worst pharmacy ever.. all the workers there are so rude and don't care about anyone or doing there jobs.. CVS on Campbell Ave should be completely closed down.. I had 1 question to ask I called several times stayed on for awhile then would hang up. In total I tried for 5 hours and 21 minutes.. finally I had to drive 20 minutes there to ask a question.. I thought maybe they was really busy and short staffed.. when I got there it was no customer in the store or in the drive thru... 3 of them back there working and just wouldn't answer the phone. When I said to them that I had been trying to call for hours the curly hair old lady laughed in my face.. and said she could have my meds ready to be picked up in 15 mins the only thing I wanted to know is when they could be filled.... horrible place and people

Stopped in yesterday, September 5, 2023 and the lady with the glasses older lady maybe late 40s early 50s had the worst customer service very nonchalant no empathy no smile no positive attitude just dry and snappy act like she didn’t wanna do anything answer any questions just a bad attitude and I was literally over it so this will be my last time to CVS on Campbell Avenue. put a smile and greet someone and be a little bit positive and have the positive energy they don’t need to work in certain fields get a at home job geeeeshh.

The worst experience lately. My prescriptions do not get filled. You ask for customer service and they send it to the reginal manager. This is the same manager that never contacts you.

My doctor sent a Rx in for a common antibiotic at 11am, I go to pick it at at 130pm (pharmacy closed for lunch break) I go back at 7pm and was told they may have it in tomorrow… what happened to a simple text or phone call saying this? Then I had to personally call other CVS’ to see if they had the medicine I needed.

The customer service in the pharmacy on Campbell Avenue is terrible. I had to get a vaccine. I waited for just about 45 minutes and still never gotten it. I left work early to get there to get it. I was very disappointed. They don't deserve no stars but I had to do 1.

How can you tell someone that their child's prescription will be ready by 2:30 for pick up but then you get a txt saying it's ready now to be pick up..,.So you drive all way up there fromGladys to sit in line with a sick child for 15mins and two car's Infront of you just to pull up at 1:32 to be told SORRY we are close now for lunch break from 1:30 to 2:00.....With the High prices in Gas rates yes I had to sit and wait for 30mintues with my sick child in the parking lotIf that was the case I would of just came at 2:30The texting and communication skills are just completely off big time to the customers from CVS Workers.This isn't the first time and other people I know also deal with so many different issues too. What has happen to this CVS Store!!!

I went on line and put my prescription in, text yes to refilling a prescription, went up several hour's to find out they were closed for the rest of the day. Went back the next day, later in the day, get to window she tells me that prescription will be ready at 6 pm which was 2 hour's later. Try calling before I go out to drive all the way back up there, they will not answer the phone. Just ridiculous! Not professional at all!

Customer service is terrible and cold. They ABSOLUTELY will NOT answer the phone. The one on Campbell Avenue, specifically. Terrible attitudes. Hateful. I literally have to BEG for my medicine. Inhalers mostly, as I have stage 4,severe COPD, emphysema, and bronchitis. I cry over it. It's unbelievable. The most unqualified people I have EVER dealt with. Unprofessional doesn't begin to describe it. It causes me mental anguish. I'd almost rather just give up.

Waited over 30 minutes to inquire about a medication being in stock. My husband went in-person and they were truly busy. Everyone was so busy. God bless you all. Thank you for helping us.
