If there was less than 1 star I’d give it here!!! I scheduled an appointment for a shingles vaccine which I got messages saying they were ready for me in the store. When I got to the pharmacy counter, I was told there was no one there anymore to administer the vaccine and to come back in the morning. I mentioned I couldn’t get off work and should have been notified ahead of time they had to cancel! Then I got an email saying they canceled due to insurance issue which wasn’t true in that I confirmed with my insurance I was covered to receive the shingles vaccine. Will NOT go back to CVS pharmacy again for all the stress and inconvenience encountered!!!

Every time I've been here to pick up a prescription the girls that work there are super friendly and helpful. Also, if I call this location, I always get a prompt call back. Definitely recommend.

By far, the best pharmacy I have ever used. Talk about this CVS’s customer service, and employees…awesome. They are the best. It’s been awhile since I have seen this type of easy with a pharmacy. I no longer have to wait time, my prescriptions are filled before I get there to pick them up from the doctors and someone always answers the phone and has a solution right away. You guys are the best and doing great work for your customers.

This staff at this pharmacy are extremely helpful and provide such wonderful customer service. It’s been a while since I’ve seen that at a CVS pharmacy, or any customer related service. Hands down the best.

Clean store patient staff. A woman couldn't find her info and started 2 stress and get up set she of elderly age, the pharmacy staff made her feel at ease and consoled her helped her and she looked more at ease and happy. That's not being professional thats being human.

Was very friendly. The pharmacist, I can not remember his name. But I'm active duty military so I'm all over the place (different doctors, in different states) and currently trying to get express scripts but it's taking for ever.Instead of him judging me because it's a controlled substance, he (while was extremely busy) heard me out and we went from there. He did what he could, and I greatly appreciate that. I have yet to find that anywhere else. Most pharmacies take a look at me and instantly think I'm a drug seeker (I found this out from pharmacists).

I went earlier in the week staff could careless about what I needed. I went back today personnel in pharmacy was courteous and polite. They need to be mindful the customers are the reason they get paid.

Best pharmacy I’ve ever used! Everyone that works there is friendly, helpful, very nice, very professional, they treat you like family , will answer any question you have. I have never had an issue at this pharmacy , not once! They are truly amazing!

Located inside the Target store in the Wards Crossing Shopping Center. Always plenty of parking available. Obviously, this CVS pharmacy is much smaller than a stand-alone CVS.

I got a phone call this morning from The pharmacist telling me that there would be a problem filling my order today as CVS had run out of stock.This pharmacist whose name is Dylan went out of his way to resolve this issue and I want to say thank you for being proactive in helping me.He, as well as everyone else that works at the target location of CVS have been extremely helpful to me over the last couple of years and I want to say THANK YOU!
