LAX customers and community: There is no lacrosse gear at this store. We waited outside until the store opened to purchase a much-needed helmet for our lacrosse player. They have no LAX gear, as in they don't carry any at all. As a mom of four athletes on travel teams, I found this to be very strange. I'm a loyal customer and would be happy to give this store my $$$ as I shop at various Dick's nationwide for everything from team gear to clothing and lunch boxes. Seriously. No LAX at all.

This place is terrible the employees don’t know what they are doing they are slow workers and don’t care about anyone but themselves and very judgy would not advise going here unless you absolutely need to. academy sports and outdoors would be a better option 100%.

Interested in purchasing a Ping driver this evening. Found a couple demo drivers in open golf simulator area with no attendant in the area. Hit a couple balls and was rudely advised I need to leave the area as simulator was not working . Never once asked if I was interested in a golf club. Made up excuses that clubs were in the area that were not Demo clubs, which I was not using, and that the simulator was broken and needed to be fixed. Hitting area was clearly not broken. I simply left as at that point as it was clear Dicks did not value me as a customer. Quite honestly, after that experience, even if I found a club I was interested in purchasing, I would not then of ever purchase from Dicks. Customer service apparently does not matter to them. I would not recommend purchasing from a company who does not value its customers.

Bought a 2-in-1 Softball training net (one where you throw the ball and it'll bounce back to you). When I got home, I discovered one of the pieces hadn't been made correctly and was missing a drilled hole. I called the store and they said I could swap the piece for one from another box. All told, everyone was very nice and helpful in helping me locate what I needed and getting the proper piece. Would definitely buy something here again! Adding picture of the finished product...
