Andrew absolutely went above and beyond. My car is spotless!!!!!! You would never know that dirt had been spilled all over the car. He was so accommodating with drop off and pick up times as well. 10/10 stars! Highly recommend!

We took our Suzuki Samari in for detailing since we have left it at our cabin in the Sierras, only drive it sometimes in the summer. The engine was clean and out outside looked good. When they called us saying it was ready to be picked up they hadn't cleaned the inside back of the car at all. They opened the back door and it had so much dirt on the floor and nothing wiped down at all. We had to wait about 25 min for them to clean it up. I don't think I would go back again. It's as though they completely forget to clean the inside. After we got it home my husband found powdery dirt underneath the seats, the vents on dash board, etc the whole inside needed wiping down.

My wife loves her little red car. After having it repainted (the original clear coat was looking bad on the hood, roof & trunk) the next step was to have the paint protected. The fresh paint looked good, but it just didn't have the shine it should. Elite Detailing transformed the car. I wish I had before and after pics, but the after pics speak for themselves. Great people. Great work. If you love your car, take it to Elite Detailing. These guys are the best.

I recently came here after water from the sprinkling system at an apartment we were living at basically stained the right side of my car as well as the entire windshield. The stains were nearly impossible to remove even with bottles of goo be gone. Andrew and another guy were able to get these tough water spots off my car's windshield, tire, and side. I wouldn't say it was 100% a perfect job because I can still see faint water spot marks but it's good enough to where they no longer bother me anymore. Price was pretty reasonable and the job saved me so much headache and time. Overall friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. Would recommend for your car detailing needs. For a first time car detailing experience, I was satisfied.

I've been detailing my own vehicles on and off for the last 15yrs, recently picked up a CPO Tundra and it needed a bit of TLC to get it dialed in. Decided I might be in over my head and started researching detail shops in the IE. I landed on Elite and spent 30min talking with Neil and I knew immediately this was where my money was headed. 3 stage paint correction, two layer 5 year ceramic and it looks incredible. It was a big job, multiple guys, 2 days but man they even offer a free follow up maintenance wash and topper a week later. Very reasonably priced and no up selling at all. You get what you pay for, get your appt booked asap and thank me later!

I am over the moon with the quality of the service, product, and follow up appointment I had with this company. The owner made adjustments to meet our schedule and accommodated BOTH cars we had done on a short window of time. Both cars look stunning! All workers made you feel like you were the only customer they had. TOP service EVERY TIME I have been there. You will not be disappointed here.

I brought my truck in for a full detail. I had water spots and scratches from my offroading adventures. The team at Elite Detailing was able to remove the water spots and most of the scratches. I am truly impressed by their work. They were very knowledgeable and made sure I was satisfied with the way my truck looked before I left. I will definitely be back.

Went to drop off my car, and technician was a prepped and ready to start. Very respectful and asked the right amount of questions to get a full picture of what I was looking for. In the end they charged me a lower price than what was originally quoted since the spill wasn't as bad as I originally thought. I would definitely use this place again.
