The drop-off instructions state that we can drop off a package up to 55 lb. Yet there's a red-head girl working that won't take packages if they're "too heavy" for her to lift. I'm talking about a 35 lb package that was 16x12x6... this is the 2nd time she's told me to go elsewhere. She said the manager has this policy & that fedex won't take it if it's too heavy... u have to be kidding. I showed her the actual site that states all this. I've dropped off heavier items in the past at this location & it was handled fine by competent employees, guess it depends who's working. Every other walgreens takes these types of heavy packages. To management: please update your drop-off policy for this store. I think everyone there ought to be capable of lifting something that weighs as much as a toddler...
