Took them three tries to deliver my package and either just didn’t send it out at all or kept bringing it to the wrong address. Called the FedEx customer service line twice and all they could do was leave “delivery instructions”. Had to eventually just pick the package up myself. This is ridiculous.

The workers here helped us 10x more than the customer service members. The two ladies helping us helped us get our packages were extremely kind and helpful, we are ever grateful for their help. Thank y'all so much!!

Yesterday I got a call from your employee Kee about my package being stuck in Lynchburg (my fault). Kee helped me and gave me the information without me even asking for it. She showed real concern about my live bugs and I really appreciate her for that. Her customer service skills over the phone are amazing! She’s personable, friendly and informative. I’ve only had bad experiences with delivery drivers/staff but talking with Kee was so refreshing! We need more people like Kee in this world so make sure yall give her your appreciation!

Apparently, main branch claims both times they tried to deliver my package to that office, they were closed. I paid for 2 day express shipping because the item I need is important & here it is 2, going on 3 days late! Will never use another business again that ships through Fed Ex!
