Always so good to us. Super friendly lady that works at the drive through. I have never had a issue with them or any first citizens bank for that matter.

I would definitely not bank Here. My account was closed because it was no longer needed. I had to pay off 200 to the bank as account was closed . The payment didn't go through because of there messed up automated system I guess. Anyway long story short I was never informed the payment didn't go through and now 3 weeks later it's in collections and will be on report 7 years. Wow if they had just left a voice-mail I would have known payment didn't go through and I would have paid it etc. Simple as that. So for that reason I gave them a 1 star...7 years is a long time...ill be 40 and my wife and I planned to buy a house next yer...that's not happening over 200 bucks I paid. Well thought I paid smh

Went to go put $15 in my bank and use some for gas. My car had been on empty for a while. Put the $15 in my checking account. Go to the gas station to get gas in my car so I can make it to payday tomorrow. Tried outside on the pump it said see attendant. Went inside it said card declined 2 times. Come to find out they took money out for a fee. The fee was for the e statement. The ones you get through email. So yeah I had no money and no gas to get home. Thank god I got that credit card. I've had enough no one told me about that fee for a free checking account. Until I called about the money I put in. Oh and to get my money back I had to enroll in e statements. Not the first time I've been charged a hidden fee. But it's the last time I ever go through first citizens. My family has had nothing but trouble from them. Not to mention how one person gives you your account information and one didn't because she heard one of your family members talking in the background.

I bank here for one reason.......the outstanding customer service. Everyone at this location is like family and strives to make visits enjoyable!
