Wards Crossing location.
It's a game store where you can buy, sell and trade items. It's nothing crazy special. I wait for hours in lines to get Pokemon Cards often at this location. It's well managed and the staff is always cool. Beyond that, there's not much to say. Video games and accessories, pokemon, Funko etc can all be found here.

I wanted to browse and get a game in person. They have a great stock of new releases as well as consoles. I ended up getting Clair Obscur- Expedition 33, and a very kind worker gave me an Elden Ring: Nightrein Keychain since I mentioned I love Elden Ring. Will go back again the next time I want to buy a game in person : )

GameStop more like “CollectablesShop”.
It’s always wonderful to know that the only nation wide game store raised their PROmembership by 10$ (from 14.99-24.99) for THE SAME EXACT BENEFITS.
Oh wait theres more. You now as a GameStop customer need a 25$ membership to be able to purchase certain collectables YAY… Like Pokemon EBs and most pre purchases for consoles.
GameStop, more power to the people who want to waste money and are gullible.

Manager doesn't know how to run a release. Instead of doing 1 item per person. He sells everything to the first 8 people in line. Then tells me I should have gotten there sooner and to call customer service. Don't give these clowns your business if they don't know how to manage.

Poor work ethic no communication skills ,that beening the manager what can you expect from a normal worker trained by their g.m. ,very disrespectful g.m. at the location not recommend to no one to go to this location look for another store .

Got a gamestop charger. Didnt work. They refused to exchange it for a working one because it wad out of the box lol wasted $26 on a charger that is on amazon for $12. Charger didnt even work 14 days. Gamestop is pointless and a waste of time and money

I mostly love GameStop at least the others I been to. But this one is bad didn't even call me to tell my game was no longer on hold because of a online order now I gotta call back every day starting on Monday to see if my game is in. Then call back everyone day its not in on Monday.

There is an older guy that is a cashier in this store that comes off as not liking "black" people. I gave you 3 stars because this is my only experience like this and we were helped by another person. This guys went out of his way to not help us and while we were waiting in line behind the "white" guy. This cashier says out loud. This is the last person I am helping. Another person will help you when they come in but I am not helping anyone else. We laugh it off and then the other cashier walks in before he is finished. There is another " white" guy in the line behind us and when we walk over to the other cashier and he is done he proceeds to tell the guy behind us that he can help him. That guy then told him...No I am going over to the other cashier. ???????????????????????????????? THAT GUY NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!!!! OR AT LEAST REPRIMANDED!!!! There is no place for this in your stores!!!! We all love your company and our purchases pay his bills!!!! Fix it!!!!!
