Great store for your vitamins and supplements. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I get my important supplements here whenever Im in town. I drive out from Farmville.

What a nightmare! I did a pickup order online and after I completed it I realized there was an ingredient in it that I’m allergic to. I tried to cancel the order but they don’t offer order cancellations online so I had to go in the store. I go in the store and apparently they can’t cancel orders either. I was told I needed to call customer service to discuss not wanting the product with them and that they would actually have to cancel the order. Now I’m stuck with 3 containers of protein I can’t use because at that moment I didn’t have time to call customer service to get permission to cancel my order. What century is this place living in! This is why Amazon has taken over the world. Oh well, I guess I’ll just have to take more time another day to go back in and return the product because I don’t want it and I shouldn’t be forced to have it.

I went to GNC Monday and I was never acknowledged. The elderly lady at the desk looked right through me like I was clear.

The older white lady who sits at her desk and makes you feel like you a complete idiot for even asking a question. All I'm trying to find is a good weight gain cause nothing is helping and she looked at me like I was stupid and pointed me towards one bay of items and said thats all we got. Did not give me any helpful info. This is my third time coming in and her doing this. I will not go back.

Is there a reason why on a busy Sunday you guys have an elderly woman who doesn’t know what she is doing working the counter and by herself? Been in line for 15 min. She also didn’t know what to tell me about a question I had on the phone prior to coming in. *customer service not good at all.
