Its not at all a bad place to shop but sometimes there is a odd aroma throughout the store that is a little gross. The people there are friendly. The Items there are so random. Lots more Women’s Clothes than that of Men’s

Clean and nicely staffed. Always a bargain to be found. But don't go looking for dresses if you're anything over a medium. Everything above that is in wacky patterns, strange designs.
And there are mediums that look like 2xs and 3xs that look like smalls.

I am sharing this on behalf of another individual please do not donate your items to this location or any location. So much for “keeping items out of area landfills”

Staff was very rude, they tried to take a suit case I needed for my hospital bag because it didn’t have a price and they won’t sell it without one they said.. I looked and found the tag…she didn’t even look. I wish I would have seen the price because 17 bucks really??wasn’t expecting that. Not to mention the prices are way overpriced. A kids nerf gun no bullets 7 dollars!?? Everything is very over priced. The other good wills have kids toys for 1.99 so why are they selling them triple the price. Save your time and go to the goodwill on forest rd or Timberlake the prices are actually not retail priced and the staff are nice. Very disappointed at this goodwill.

Used to find some good stuff here but can't shop here anymore because they took out the dressing rooms. That wouldn't be so bad if goodwill would actually let you return items instead of insisting on exchanges only. How am i supposed to know of these second and third hand clothes fit if I can't try them on first?

It’s a good place to shop for bargains on some stuff. But for the most part, the prices are pretty high on some items.especially the capris and shirts.

Overall, it is a good place. A great time to visit is right after Liberty lets out for Summer break—lots of great stuff. Also, Sundays are a great time to go. They drop prices on clothes.

Goodwill's policy is to no longer allow you to try on clothes in the store. But you can't even return the item if you get home and it doesn't fit, you have to exchange it. So you could buy a pair of $10 jeans take them home and try them on, hate them, exchange them for another pair of jeans, take those home, hate those, exhange for another pair of jeans and on and on. Probably spending alot of money in gas. I will no longer shop or donate to Goodwill.

I'm from out of town and Sophia was amazing. All the staff there are really great but she stood out the most. She was able to explain the pricing system and the sales of the day. Almost got me to stay another day in the area so that could catch that $1 sale. Nonetheless, I will be sending all of my friends to pass through that area for the Goodwill location. Sophia, you are absolutely amazing!

Unprofessional store manager, the store smells like vomit when you walk in because they try to resell couches that have been vomited on. They sell dollar tree items for triple the price here to rake in profits.
