My wife used to go to this Great Clips occasionally but won't anymore. Her last hair cut with Christine was very bad. Christine (glasses short hair woman) left her hair uneven and she had to get it corrected at another Great Clips. I personally believe there is something wrong with Christine... She's unfriendly, kind of nasty and we've heard from at least 3 other people she's involved in things she shouldn't be. Perhaps the management should look into finding another stylist..but I don't think the management actually cares...

Bri is awesome- an excellent stylist, engages in great conversation, and she cuts just like I like it each and every time!

Usually great when I go there but the last time I went I went around 5-6pm and my hairdresser was rushing to get my hair done so much in fact that the back of my head was so uneven because of them rushing and going to far inward and I had a half a inch line of hair going all the way back almost the back of my head looked so bad I had to go home and buzz it which is devastating to me because I spent almost a year growing my hair out for the haircut I wanted only for it to all go to waste because someone wanted to get home early

I haven't had any issues here in a while. Haircuts not turning out how I imagine is something I've had a while back, but if I show a picture of a style, they've been coming out close enough to be happy.

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with my recent haircut. The experience started with the stylist displaying a non pleasant demeanor. That was not okay, but I didn’t stress about it. When I was asked what I wanted, I said I wanted a sharp V cut with some layering to give it shape at the front. This happens naturally with a sharp V. The stylist said, “If I do a V cut you won’t get layers”. I clarified I did not want layers, just some form on the front to shape the face. She did not understand. I ended up settling for a plain V; I figured I wasn’t going to get the cut I wanted.
Now this is where the main problem occurs, she starts trimming my hair working from the ends in the back. She tells me she’s done and shows me the back of my hair. It looked shorter but shapeless. I was fine. Then I mention the front of my hair, which I had parted to the side when I left my house. She had not parted the hair down the middle to assess where to cut in the front, which I thought would be part of the main cut and is a step that happens at the first stage of hair cutting. After all, I’m asking for a full haircut and expect such to be delivered. I was very confused. She then asked me what to do and asked if what I had were bangs. If she had properly assessed my hair prior to starting the haircut she would have seen what my previous haircut was like. And, she would have known those were not bangs, but rather a layer of the V cut I previously had.
At this point in the interaction I was still trying to give her the benefit of the doubt, so I asked for layers, remember the hair was shapeless after she cut it. She said if she did layers then I wouldn’t have a V cut and I would end up with a big gap in between my hair. I gave up at that point. I felt I couldn’t advocate for myself because she was just not understanding, so I paid and left feeling unsatisfied with the outcome.
I don’t know if P (initial of her first name) is new or just doesn’t have enough experience, either way she could benefit from some training and should hold off on cutting hair.
Needless to say, I was very disappointed with my haircut and ended up having to go to a different salon for a fix.

If you want a (relatively) cheap and common haircut, don't have much time, and know exactly what you want and are good at communicating it, this is a fine place. Unfortunately, it can sometimes be a toss up. Some of their stylists are excellent, some are...not. But if you're a pretty standard cut or just need a trim, you can sign in ahead online and get taken care of quickly and efficiently.

I went to get my bangs trimmed yesterday, I asked for them to be a little bit below my eyebrows. The guy who trimmed my bangs cut them half way across my forehead!! I made it clear I did not want blunt bangs straight across and that is exactly what he did. He cut them at least 2 inches shorter than what I asked for. I’ll be wearing a hat until they grow out. Don’t let these prices fool you

I want to give a shoutout to Kevin at Great Clips on OF.. he always has a great personality and does well with Gabriel even when Gabe is being wiggly...He gives Gabriel the best haircuts and is super sweet! I even let shape and trim my haircut.If you're on the market for a good stylist for a haircut or trim well we recommend them and have never had anything other than great things to say!My son Gabriel calls the Best Clips instead of Great Clips! LOL
