My son and daughter-in-law needed an adapter for their faucet water purifier. They just moved and couldn’t find the adapters that came with the purifier, so she and I went to Home Depot to see if we could find what we needed. We ended up needing help and Charles and Melissa, in the plumbing department, were amazing! I highly recommend the Home Depot in Lynchburg, VA, and if you need help with plumbing, definitely ask for Charles or Melissa!! Thank you so much for your help and your kindness!

Went to try and get a color match of paint from a Ben Moore color and thought it would match up, but unfortunately when I got home, the color just didn't match up well at all. I brought the paint back and Alexis at the return counter helped me understand the return policy and helped me work out all the kinks to get the correct paint style and color to match the other color brand properly.

Employees are attentive I just wished they had an employee in the plant department who could open the big doors to go outside to look at plants without having to go all the way around

Every single time I go to Home Depot I end up having to go to Lowe’s afterward to get things HD ran out of. No matter what the project. I’ve spent more money there than I’d like to admit. I’ll save time and shop at Lowe’s from the start.

I paid for my items with a check and a week later I tried to return some items with my receipt. The check came out of my acct the next day. Today i tried to return items, i was told that I would have to get a store credit. I do not need a $900 store credit. I called their online customer service and they said this not store policy and i should be able to get my money back

Drian snake came tangled this was probably used it was not a good buy the snake itself had to much tension it kept getting tangled before I could use it this machine sucked

The man with the pony tail who was working in the paint section was incredibly rude. He talked to me like I was an idiot for not knowing if I wanted Behr or Glidden paint. He also asked if I wanted gloss and I asked for some clarification and assistance and he seemed like I was inconveniencing his entire day. Most rude employee I’ve ever seen.
