We are seasoned travellers and my family are diamond members of Hilton. (I am not.) We were here for a swim meet until evening. We asked for an extension of the room check out time, but the manager, Rebecca, lied and told me that the whole hotel was booked. Then promptly told me that we could pay for one more night and that she had a few more rooms and would accommodate us.
I don’t mind paying for a few hours extension but I don’t appreciate being lied to then told that I could pay $149/night to extend my stay.
In addition, the plates and cutlery were dirty when I arrived. I had to wash it upon arrival. Our room was not cleaned for 3 days. Only 1 lift is working. Breakfast choice is mediocre. I didn’t inform the front desk at first because I understand how hard it is to manage a hotel and find staff. However the customer service is unacceptable. I do not recommend staying here.
On the plus side, the hotel lobby looks tidy.
In response to the hotel’s comment:
1. It seems that other clients that same day were able to extend their checkout time.
2. Another client was offered a half day payment option. Unfortunately they didn’t give us that option.
It seems the staff are selective on who they offer what services to. Shouldn’t all clients be treated the same? A word of caution for those who are looking to book this hotel.

Very disappointed every morning you served PORK there are other meats you can serve . Some of us are allergic to pork . Today you have pork sausage with pork biscuit and gravy. Why ? This is Ridiculous that you only cater to people that eat pork. I would love to enjoy a nice breakfast with protein, but unable to because all you serve is pork every single morning. Something has to change !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First the good. The layout of the rooms are nice and they are clean though they still use carpet. The building seems solid and little noise from other rooms. Now the not so good. I had to printer document and the printer had no ink. I then went to get a tea and the hot water was barely warm. There is however, tea in the rooms and you can heat up the water. When I went to workout, no tv’s either on the treadmill or wall would work. The common areas of the hotel and mainly the hall ways need better cleaning. In the room it was well laid out and the tv worked and bed was decent. The shower floor was slick and the soap and shampoo bottles did not function or probably were empty. The conditioner bottle was detached from the wall and on a shelf in the shower. You can hear both the roadway in front and planes flying over if you are on the top floor which I was. It is a decent place but management needs to get on top of the maintenance items. As far as staff,I had not interactions except the front desk and she lets say was not unfriendly.
Rooms: Do not stay on top floor due to plane noise.

Robbed. That's how we feel after staying at this hotel. Two nice things I can say...it was clearly new and pretty clean and the front desk staff was pleasant. But...we paid more than $600 per night for three nights (gouged because of the opportunity they had with Liberty graduation) and didn't have our room cleaned once although we asked for it twice. Apparently their unannounced policy is that they do it every other day IF you request it. We were never told this until we were checking out. I've stayed lots of places and this is unacceptable...especially at this cost. Breakfast was understaffed every single morning and food was limited or ran out all three days. Staff there was impatient and huffy...as if it was inconvenient to help us. The rooms, though clean and new seemingly are smaller than most suites you would rent at a competitor. We seemed to be bumping into doors, furniture and each other around every turn. No matter the price, I wouldn't stay here again and would encourage you to stay away also. Disappointing that their service level screamed..."we know it's graduation weekend and everything is sold out and you don't have other options so we are going to underperform and there's nothing you can do about it."
Noteworthy details: Your room likely won't be cleaned even if you ask for it. Twice.

Especially moss Jeanie very knowledgeable I think she the assistant manager a complete professional and goes way out of her way to help when you being flying all day or driving it's nice to know she remembers you and your likes and most of the time i don't need to do anything but get my key

I am a Diamond Member staying 100’s of nights in Hiltons.
Housekeeping NEVER cleaned the room in 3 days we were here. Other members in our party requested the room be cleaned 3 separate times. The housekeeping manager was rude. I asked for a late check out on a Sunday evening and was denied (I checked with the Diamond Desk and they had more than 5 rooms like mine still available) and made me pay a 1/2 rate to get a late check out All week I stay in Hiltons and when I am with my family I should be able to get a late check out. Our swim team won’t stay here again. This is a totally mismanaged property with a train running through the back of it twice in the middle of the night.

My biggest complaint is about breakfast. We stayed two nights Saturday and Sunday. First morning we came down for breakfast 45 minutes before closing and almost all food items were already out, we had to ask staff to replenish and were told that they were out of most of the food. Next morning it turned down that management switched breakfast time from 6:30 - 9:30 to 6 - 9 am without notifying anyone. There were a lot of guests in the breakfast area complaining about that and on top of that there are were out of most of the food items saying that the food truck didn't come.
Also the room sink was clogged.
Very disappointed and not staying there again!
Rooms: The rooms were good except that our bathroom sink didn't drain.
Nearby activities: Lots of restaurants and stores nearby

Very clean and great service at check in and breakfast. There is a railroad line directly behind hotel, so get a room facing front of hotel.
Plenty of restaurants close by.
