I called the number listed and a recording said , “The number you have dialed is no longer in service.” I don’t know how I found another Lynchburg number but a voicemail said his name is Jeffery something badge number 13742 and to call another number that I already called to get an appointment but was told by that number I can’t get an appointment. Fortunately I was given the opportunity to leave a message but as soon as I got two words out the answering service said, ‘Do you wish to send this message ?” I said ,”No” Then I was given a chance to add to or emend the messages but was immediately told by the recording to try again later.

They are very rude. They told me I should of called. I told them that I've been trying to call since the beginning of Feb and they don't answer the phone. And they told me to make an appointment like everyone else and there was no one else there in the waiting room. I was the only one in the office. I drove 40 minutes to get there. I would give zero stars if I could. Very poor customer service.

The most terrible govt. office I have ever experience. They do not receive calls, do not allows you to make a service appointment (always they says due to extremely high call volume ...). No matter which date and time you call, no answer. They allows you to schedule payments for $10 fee, but do not provide you options for cancelling it. You keep on paying even after you finish your due. They don't even deserve a single star.

Zero stars should be an option. I'm not even sure anyone actually works in this office. Why are we wasting the tax dollars keeping the lights on?

I can’t ever get through to speak with someone about my tax money nor get an appointment. I feel they have lazy people working from home that never wants to do their job. It’s going into another tax time with me not having my taxes or child tax credit.
