They’re lazy,, and can’t do the job to the standards that are needed for a car, because why is my grandfathers truck engine smoking 2-4 days after being serviced on here. Did yall forget the Freon or the torque for whatever was needed even though I had the feeling that it just needed Freon and not a whole need for the blower motor.

I needed an inspection done, they helped me get my car to pass inspection and explained everything I needed to do to get it done, they let me know how much everything was upfront, work was finished quickly and I will be returning to this place, I highly recommend trying it for yourself

Horribly rude service. I came for an oil change and was greeted with one of the employees, an old man, yelling at me for no reason. Don’t come here.

I went to the Old Forest Rd location. I was there for about 5 hours. I paid a lot of money also. They told me I needed a new plug when it was time for me to pay. I drove my car for almost 2 months after and had the biggest leak. I took my car to my regular people and I had a crack in my oil pan right at the plug. I contacted the manager who told me to contact the general manager. Well I never got a call back or an email back. I would not take my vehicle here.

The person I dealt with on Old Forest Rd. today was very, very rude. She acted as though she hates her job or her customers or both. The heavy set man who works there was very disrespectful of me, calling out from the rear parking lot to me. Today is February 7, 2024. I'm calling their headquarters tomorrow

Horrible customer service. Said first come first serve but never kept what they said. Waited for 3.5 hrs lost honest with them. Doesn’t handle vehicle as yours.
