They have changed there check outs to the gang style. Didn't know theft was an issue in Lynchburg everything was wired together, wait for associated to unlock. Annoying!

Ethan took care of myself and my sister; whom had purchased a lot of clothing. He was very methodical, pleasant, and friendly. He did not miss any tags, giving us the right discounts, and all the safety locked on things that usually happen with a lot of items being purchased at one time. Everything was put into a sturdy bag and all with a smile on his face. He was the only register personal at that time and never appeared to rush but gave us his full attention and worked quickly. We left with a smile on our face; happy to find such good bargains. Thank you

Kohl’s is always a great place to shop and where so thankful to have an easy spot to drop off our Amazon returns. Anna at the register was super friendly, professional, efficient and showed wonderful customer care.

EDIT: I received a reply from the store manager after responding to a feedback survey on Kohl's website. I have changed this review to reflect his sincere response, and will continue to take my business to that store.
Was asked if I wanted to "re-activate" my Kohl's rewards. I was signed up for a credit card instead. I even asked during the sign up "is this a credit card"? And the cashier explicitly stated "no". Super shady, but apparently this has happened to quite a few other people at other Kohl's locations.

Found some nice summer adidas shoes at this Kohls! They had some great prices on shoes! Got these at an amazing price!
