I used to love shopping at Kohls but no longer go there because anything I want to purchase, esp housewares, is always buy one get one 50% off. I don't want 2 of the same thing! Why can't you just have the item on sale if I buy one?? No more Kohls for me. That is a lame attempt to sell more.

I ran into Kohl's in Lynchburg 30 min before closing to get a gift and was pleased to find the store clean, tidy, and set up nicely. I was able to find what I wanted right away and even take a few minutes to check the clearance rack as I passed (which wasn't a mess!). The line at checkout was a bit long since it was the last call before the doors closed. When I got up to the checkout, I was greeted by Shawn, a very friendly and pleasant associate. He took the time to talk to me, not just rush through the process of getting to the next customer. Even at the end of the night Shawn provided excellent customer service. I don't usually do the customer surveys on the receipts, but it was such a great experience, I gave Kohl's store #0193 5-stars across the board tonight.

Shout out to Alex at store 0193; I forgot to put her name in my feedback survey but she was totally amazing!! She helped me sign up for Kohl’s Rewards and was so informative and helpful through the whole process. Employees really make the difference and she should be celebrated! My visit was to pick up an order and to get gift cards. Customer service was great. I went to checkout where Avie took care of checking me out the gift cards & receipts for each. Short visit but very pleasant.
