On Saturday8/12/23 Kroger in Timberlake Lynchburg Va had drinks on sale 4 for 12.00 .We spent over 200.00.We brought 2 six packs of Dr Pepper and 2 Diet Mt Dew one six pack of Diet Dew expired within 7 days and I Dr Pepper was already expired my wife open one took a swallow and it almost made her Vomit plus we lost I pd of Hamburger within 2days I threw it away do I took the drinks back to Krogers and ask if I could exchange them and your Employee was very rude to me . So as of right now I will not visit this store in the future if I am not mistaken I think one day she was working gas pumps and got smart with me there

*I get so frustrated that the carts always having screwed up wheels. Squeeking, shaking, seized up all together etc. The last few times I pulled out 5 different carts before I got one that was decent and even that one wasnt rolling smoothly.* *95% of the carts need maintenance/cleaning on at least 1 wheel. Campare it to a Target cart for reference.* *I know this may seem petty but after walking around a store for 20 minutes with a squeeking and rumbling cart I told myself I was going to say something lol.*

A decent Kroger with a wide range of choices in grocery, ready made food, and yoghurt (see pictures). Conveniently located just outside Lynchburg, this Kroger has some nice garlic bread (baguette) that you just need to toast in the oven.

I have gone to this Kroger for about 30 years. The people are friendly, prices are low, and food is awesome.

Disappointed essential worker picking up food for their dog after work. I checked locations' hours and remembered that Kroger had reduced their hours but I knew I still had time. I walked up to the door at 9:45 to be told that the store was closed. I understand reduced hours at a time like this, but if you're gonna close at 9:45pm, I feel the front doors should not say "open until 10pm.

Boonsboro, Kroger had the worst service today very disappointed in the Store Manager the power went out I just needed a pack of chicken but no couldn't get what I needed and then I'm leaving and the manager just standing up front Yelling at an Associate to go outside and the Associate said he was leaving in 30 minutes, all the Store Manager said was "Really you can't give me more time today"? the Associate snapped back and said "I've been here sense 7AM" mind you this was around 4:30PM shame on your leadership skills I'll be shopping elsewhere from now.

By having some live & in person cashiers -you know like more than ONE to serve express and full carts. AND! How about not ripping off your customers now by charging them 50 Cents to get their OWN money by pressing "EXTRA CASH". Yall truly have become the WORST customer service store in the WORLD.....You basically SUCKI.....no more "Krogering" for me..........bye.....

Really frustrated with Kroger Clicklist here. Over the last several months there have been several instances in which our order is not ready on time. Sometimes hours later. It interrupts the schedule for our day. They need to not allow so many customers to submit orders if they cannot handle the load.

Loud machines running you down while trying to shop, no cashiers or hamburger at 545am on the 4th of July...wasted my time driving 15 miles to shop Kroger only to have to return to Bedford Walmart to do my shopping. Even they have someone available to run a register per customer request.

We ordered a Birthday Cake from this Kroger and they did a wonderful job on decorating and the cake had great taste! i want to thank the bakery staff for taking the time to do it right!

I have been a loyal customer...and if it wasn't for your meat dept and especially Ben & Sean in that dept...I wouldn't come in at all anymore. NEVER enough registers open, rude cashiers and bag persons...I mean really, putting a watermelon in same bag as tomatoes? And when I asked them to separate the two items I get eye roll!! Thats fine, you obviously don't care for your customers anymore. I noticed there are TOO many chiefs & not enough Indians as the saying goes! And that being said, poor management!
