I don't know what all of the "one stars" are for. This is the BEST STORE I HAVE EVER SHOPPED AT. The LOFT has adorable clothes, with not too bad prices for the outfits, but if you have a tight budget, I wouldn't recommend shopping there. The LOFT is the kind of place where you take your Christmas money and your girlfriends and go on a shopping spree! This is the best place to clothes shop ever.

Had a pleasant shopping experience here. Great collection, lot of sale items, extremely helpful associate. Special shout out to, Chantilly - she was super helpful to all customers, very courteous & super interactive - a very great asset to the store. Will surely be returning to the store more!!

The ladies that work there are absolutely wonderful. They help you but without hovering like other shops. The clothes are always new and the clearance section is always full of items in every size. Best Loft experience I've had in the last 10 years!

The women in this store could not be less welcoming. I went in to pick up a Christmas gift and had intended to purchase additional items as well. However, the THREE women working in the store were more worried about the UPS man arriving after me than they were about actually helping me. I left with half a mind to return what I did buy. If it had been for me, I would have. I mentioned this experience to my friends, and they confirmed that their experiences there have been similar. Very disappointed.

I truly felt like I was invisible. Overheard a sales associate ask 2 other shoppers if she could assist them. She walked by me twice and never spoke to me. And I did need help. I loved shopping here,but the inventory was at a minimum. Very sad.

Helpful staff but mostly stocking small and extra small sizes. It'd be great to have some larger and Plus sizes here as well. The staff is lovely and very helpful.
