As a college student, finding a place that feels both safe and comfortable was my top priority and this apartment complex has exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I moved in, I’ve felt completely at ease thanks to the secure entry systems, well-lit parking lots, and the presence of on-site staff who genuinely care. The neighborhood is quiet, and I’ve never had any issues walking to and from my apartment, even at night.
The complex is also super student-friendly. The management is responsive and respectful, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. It’s close to campus but far enough away to give me some peace and quiet when I need to focus. I’ve met other students here too, which has made it feel like a supportive little community.
If you’re a student looking for a safe, clean, and convenient place to live, I highly recommend this complex. It’s been a huge relief to know that my living situation is something I don’t have to stress about.
I lived at University of Lynchburg and it was horrible compared to here I feel much safer and not spending 200$ on laundry

We moved here because our last apartment was so noisy. Logan's is so quiet and peaceful. I can actually hear myself think.
Right after I moved in, there was a series of snow and ice storms over the course of two weeks. I was able to walk my dog safely and easily because maintenance was so good about keeping the sidewalks clear.
I have the two bedroom, two bathroom. I love the master bathroom; shower has two shelves that can also be seats, and there's also a window for great natural light.

5/5. It’s a great place to live, close to everything in town. Quiet community, friendly attentive maintenance, and management, Phil is great! Nice open apartments plenty of space, great appliances. 😊

I absolutely loved living at Logan’s Landing! I’m so sad my family had to relocate because if I could take this property and its amazing management team with me, I absolutely would! The office staff were always incredibly helpful whenever I reached out, and the maintenance team, especially Chris and Steven, were fantastic—prompt, professional, and respectful every time they came to our home. I’ll truly miss living here. If you’re searching for a new place to call home, I wholeheartedly recommend Logan’s Landing!

There truly is no place like home! I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to Phil and Shantae; their friendliness and welcoming demeanor make such a difference in our community. I'm also excited about the upcoming improvements, particularly the new paved walking trail, which will enhance our outdoor experience. The location is ideal, surrounded by clean, well-maintained areas that invite us to enjoy the outdoors. I genuinely love living in this vibrant community. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication—please keep it up!

I love living in this community! The office staff, especially Phil and Shantae, are always so friendly and welcoming. Anytime I’ve had questions, they’ve been more than willing to help. The maintenance team is fantastic—quick to respond and always polite. I also appreciate how the community is constantly improving, like adding the dog park and now a walking trail! The resident events are always a highlight, with great food and fun activities, plus they’re a perfect way to meet neighbors. It really feels like home here!

Logans Landing is a nightmare. I lived here for approximately 3 years. When I moved here it was a dream, leaving now is traumatizing. The quality is decreasing rapidly while the prices are increasing. Shortest edited version: My apartment pipes bust in the summer. They hired contractors who only fixed the apartment below. Never fixed mine, the apartment continued to have issues from the same incident. 4 repairs later they blamed me saying I didn’t report a leak. A leak? Since when does busted kitchen pipes become a leak? And since corporate is tired of my complaining I’m the problem. It’s unbelievable, the apartments are falling to pieces and rather than repair anything, they lie, deny, then cover it up and blame the tenants. People are moving left and right and they’re having specials and coverups. The worst part is this is literally only a portion of the horrendous nightmare that definitely is the complete opposite of “Luxury living”. Especially when so many better complexes with comparable rates and better amenities are in the vicinity.
I don’t know, personal preference is based on the individual, but a few things I do not associate with luxury living. -Mold -infestations -poor functioning appliances -Terrible management -no corporate presence (reaching out to them is like, talking to management #goodluck) -sewage stench -dishonest employees -drug abuse. I listed them randomly but honestly all of those sound pretty bad to me and to add them together YIKES nightmare much?! And unfortunately I can STILL go on. They have soooo many other concerns to address besides their phony amenities and low quality upgrades to justify the ridiculous price. Other tenants I’ve encountered since I moved in have similar experiences and do not intend to resign their leases. I just hope they take a moment and warn others. I wish I’d listened to the gentleman who warned me the day I moved in. In his words “oh you’re moving in, to bad this place sucks! Oh wait, atleast you have an elevator”. If only he’d put it in a review, by that time I already signed the lease. **if you’re living in Logans landing currently, and you’re not feeling the best, maybe see a dr. (google mold related symptoms).

Nice location and nice size, however, the rent is quite outrageous and they require you to pay for trash removal when the dumpster is conveniently in the parking lot and at one point, they wouldn’t even pick it up. Also, while Phillip in the office is courteous and helpful, the ladies there are rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place unless you’re prepared for a yearly price increase with nothing to show for it. The moving out process is horrendous and looking at previous reviews, it seems to be a trend.

My wife & I have lived here for two years & are so sad to be moving out. The facility is amazing & the apartments are spacious, up to date, & affordable. I can’t say enough for how great of a job phil, chris, & steven do on a daily basis to help ensure a pleasant living experience!

This is my first apartment and the move in process was easy and the office handled all my questions swiftly and efficiently which I appreciated. The management team here is clear about expectations from residents and is constantly communicating things like trash pick-up changes, pest control services, etc., which I appreciate. The communication from the management team is extensive. I recently renewed my lease, and I'm thrilled that I did. The only thing that I would mention is that a con is that the walls are a little thin, but I think most neighbors are conscious of that and tend to be quiet for the most part. I would recommend it to anyone looking to move here

We moved in 2020 from out-of-state, right as they were finishing buildings 3 & 4. Unfortunately there were some delays with the elevator, and despite others being allowed to move in (and many were given hefty concessions for the inconvenience) we were put in limbo and spent 3+ weeks in a hotel, and did not get anything for the inconvenience of spending $3k living out of an extended-stay, and having to put our stuff in storage. It did not get better. All of the lights in our apartment went out a few months after moving in, others had their microwaves catch on fire. The fire pit has never worked, the grill is always out of propane, there is no space for dogs, people prop open the doors so the fob is basically useless. Residents smoke weed both in the building & surrounding areas, and they have an issue with packages getting stolen/cars getting broken into. Half of the amenities they list are located at another apartment 2 miles away. They also stopped our military discount for the last 2 years of us living there. And now, moving out was just as fun as moving in! We put in the 60-day notice a week later than we wanted to, they wouldn’t budge on the extra week, fine - whatever. Until that week came and they told us (despite not actually telling us!!) that we were expected to be out on the original date I had asked for. Had I known prior, of course I would have taken them up on it. But they didn’t, and instead it forced us to move out earlier than we had discussed, and then charged us for it (of course!). It was a hot mess, never again.Edit: the only pro to this place is the maintenance man, Chris - he is a gem and deserves a raise.
