About Maple Ridge Apartments

Maple Ridge Apartments is a very nice place to live where residents are happy. The grounds are well taken care of and beautiful, and there is an awesome playground for kids. The landlord and all employees are the friendliest, very responsive, and always helpful with any questions or concerns. The maintenance staff is very professional, polite, quick, and courteous. Any issues are resolved quickly, often the same day, with excellent communication. The neighbors are friendly, making it a wonderful experience for those who live there. It is a complex where residents feel lucky and appreciated.

    I have only lived here a couple of months and I absolutely love it. The area is clean and maintained well. The maintenance guys have been incredible as well. They have gone above and beyond to help me with a few minor issues ive had. I love being able to have my dogs as well.

    “I previously mentioned that the apartment feels too small and too dark, but it isn’t bad. I simply have a lot of belongings, which makes it difficult to fit everything in. I know that once I’m finished organizing, it will feel cozy.”

    These are not only beautiful apartments but they are built very well! We moved there in 2010. We lived there about three years I think. If I moved back to an apartment in the future it would be these!
