I had a total body stretch. First one. Paul was great. I have had a message here before which was great. But then, a massage is always great. Very friendly people. I highly recommend it.

The staff is very professional and friendly. The massage is 50 minutes and there is five minutes on each side for dressing.

Love Emma! Pricey, but worth it if you get regular massages. Be sure to pay attention to the contract you sign, and don't be afraid to be a one time visitor either. It's worth it!

My husband got me a gift card for my birthday in late June they were pretty booked up so I had my appointment today in early August. I'll say it was worth the wait!!!! Everyone was so kind and sweet and listened to my concerns. Such a wonderful experience! Thank you to Jennifer my therapist, as well as the front desk staff for providing excellent customer service.

Very disappointing experience across the board. I was given a year membership as a birthday gift from my wife. The first couple months were fine and they called me every month to see if I wanted to book my massage and asked if I would still like my evening preferences as before. Then I stopped hearing from them, after some time of no contact, I called them up to book. The person at the front desk was very short with me, gave me a hard time about my preferences of gender of massues, as well as when I was available. She treated me like I was a bother and all but told me that if I wanted to have my preferences then I would probably never get an appointment. So I hung up and cooled off for a couple weeks before calling in to talk to a manager. I explained how I was treated and was told that they are short on employees and that is why it is hard to get an appointment but that I should get on the call list. Since I was still having an issue with how I was treated I actually decided I wanted to part ways with them all together. I was told that there is no cancelling a year membership and that I had to use or loose my massages. I tried multiple times to book appointments and there was never availability when needed. We also experienced that you could talk to four different people on the phone and get four different answers on one questions. I was told I was put on the call/text list multiple times and never received a call or text. I ended up cancelling my membership anyway and was told by one person that I have till whenever to use the remaining massages or my wife could use them. Anther person from there told my wife she could use them but had to pay $5 each time. And then when my wife called to book, she was told by yet another person, that she wasn't allowed to use any of them. I ended up loosing, I believe, 6 or more massages because you have to use them within a certain amount of days after cancelling. So since they could never find availability for me, i lost a boat load of moneys worth of massages. So please be aware: This is not a customer centric business. They are not there to meet your needs. I have not had such a poor experience with a service industry business in such a long time as I did with them. I would highly advise you too look around your area and try or invest in any other local or area wide massage businesses.

Bought a gift card for my wife for Mothers' Day. When she called to set up an appointment, she was told that she could not. The reason stated was that they were only booking appointments for members and would not be looking to add members until "at least August and maybe even later." This is not posted or said anywhere on the website. When she asked for a refund for the gift card, that we can't use, my wife was told they do not do refunds. After talking to corporate, they are shifting blame back to this individual franchise. I have never had a worse customer service experience. I never review business, but this experience was so bad that I felt the need to voice it and possibly save others from wasting the money. If they are not a member, do not buy someone a gift card to this store. You will be out the money and literally no one in the company will provide any solutions or reasons why these practices aren't clearly stated. They will however refer you back to where the website says gift cards are non-refundable. If you ask them where it states they will not book services for non-members, they can't really find that on their website.

The atmosphere is very nice. The massages are hit and miss. They do have some great therapists but recent lack of appt availability and not always meeting expectations led to my decision to cancel my membership at this time.
