“Tina helped me, she was very friendly and informative. I spent 2 hours in there and decided on one, after getting the mattress and trying it out for a month it wasn’t the best choice for me. Luckily I was able to switch for a new one with their 1x exchange program. It was a few mishaps with trying to get my new mattress and getting it delivered, however Tina fixed the problem and made it right. I finally have my second mattress!”
