I'd like to say I was rather please with the store. This was the best store I've seen. I usually don't shop at Old Navy. At least since I was ten years old. Nice to see it's still fashionable.

Many moons ago, back in AZ. I purchased some clothing from Old Navy, and I was very disappointed in the quality. The prices were higher than I felt they should be, and their clothing just fell apart.
For years I refused to step foot into one of their stores. In the past 2 years or so I revisited, and was pleasantly surprised. Yes, some of the prices on the trendy spendy items are still very high, but they offer a nice amount of clearance items. I've gotten some great deals, and the items have held up.
On this particular trip I was looking for a pair of jeans, I did not find a pair, but the dressing room attendant was super sweet, and very helpful.
So it appears that I am now an Old Navy shopper.

Clothes and shoes are still over priced but isn’t that like all name brands! Store was clean and employees were nice. Daughter wanted to return a gift and was able to find more things she wanted on clearance. Making her a smart consumer!

This store has 3/4 women's clothing so men's and young men's your screwed .... The Walmart on wards road has more clothing ??

I do like Old Navy and I do shop there even though the store is 30 minutes away from my home which is an hour trip but my girlfriend shops online we went to Old Navy a couple days ago and they refused to take back her online things that did not fit because it was over 30 days. Figure if you weigh in the time it takes to receive the product by mail then try it on and then you're working woman who works 40 hours a week and we live a little over an hour away from the store I think that they should have different procedures or protocols for returns. Merchandise, brand new still in the bag never used don't agree with that, other than that friendly staff overpriced at times you just have to check out the clearance rack.

Clean and well-organized store. The employees are attentive and helpful. Great place to go and stock up on casual wear at relatively inexpensive prices.
