My husband needed a new battery and we were helped by Christofer and Ryan (Bryan?), they were both very engaged and helpful. Christofer offered to install it and run an electrical diagnostic for no additional cost. Will definitely be recommending this location and coming back in the future.

Have most parts you need that day or can get them the next day. Prices are a little high however when you need it that day this is a better option then auto zone or advanced auto anyday. They also sell lawn mower belts which is nice.

Grace went above and beyond for me today — I had scraped my bumper so that it was almost falling off, and the plastic rivets were gone. She got her personal screwdriver from her car, attempted to twist out one of the remaining rivets for size, and, when that didn’t work, she still selected and sold me the perfect rivet. She let me borrow a screwdriver, gave me her zip ties to tie up a stubborn section of the bumper, and ensured I cleaned the oil from my hands. I was so thoroughly pleased by her can-do attitude and superior customer service! Thank you, Grace!

My regular store even though there's a different O'Reilly's closer! Ethan gave me a jump and a battery test in a pinch when I needed to get to work + had forgot my NOCO. Give Ethan a raise!

My wife's battery in her 2014 Honda CRV died. I asked my friend at Deadbeat Towing where to go, since I haven't worked on cars in years. He said O'Reilly on Timberlake Road. They were the best! The people there were very friendly & helpful. The guy putting in the battery was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job. Thank you O'Reilly!!!
