“As a college student without much experience in renting, my experience renting from Karl was phenomenal. Previously to finding Karl’s property, it was very hard to find individuals willing to rent to college students without much of a credit score, but Karl made this very easy for my roomate and I. The location of the house was perfect to drive to and from school and there were many food/restaurants to eat at as well as grocery stores very close by. The house itself is well renovated and already furnished, with many appliances already available. Karl was always quick to respond to calls/messages and was very helpful throughout the whole process, making sure that my roomate and I had exactly what we needed at all times.
