Gavin, who introduced himself right away, stood out with his enthusiastic approach and attention to detail. He meticulously explained the different packages available, considering my needs and not just upselling the most expensive option. It was refreshing to receive genuine advice tailored to what was best for my car and budget.The wait time was minimal, but what truly impressed me was Gavin's knowledge about the products. He also gave me some tips on after care. It's not every day you come across someone who wants to add value beyond the immediate service being paid for.As for the car wash itself, it was impeccable. My car hadn't looked this good since I drove it off the dealership lot. The attention to detail was evident, from the spotless exterior to the dust-free interior and the gleaming tires. It was clear that Gavin and his team didn't just rush through their tasks. They took pride in their work, ensuring every corner of my vehicle was attended to.Additionally, the crew's friendly demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable. Hands down Road Runner is the best car wash in town! When I choose to wash my car I always leave the Timberlake location feeling great. The staff is friendly and helpful. They really appear to enjoy what they do and they always take the time to answer any little question I may have. The vacuums do what they're supposed to do; they suck lol. They also provide window cleaner and towels for any interior detailing I may have to tackle. I always feel welcome when I stop by.Update: I recently had an opportunity to try the new Road Runner in Daleville. And I have to say the wash and service is just as good as the Timberlake site. Getting used to the belt system was a little intimidating at first but the ride was smooth and the wash way great. Please keep up the awesome work Road Runner; keep on growing!

When I started coming to this car wash, the service is really top-notch, but has gone downhill some over the last six months. Something as simple as when you first enter the car wash they used to take a soapy brush and scrub your Front and rear windshields. This was great because it got all that built-up crud that your wiper area does not take care of clean. You might as well not even bother doing it any longer because they only take a swipe enough on your windshield so they can check the box that they did it. When I first started out they got every square inch of it and it makes a huge difference when your car turns out.UPDATE ON MY NEXT VISITI was told that only the top wash got the window scrubbing. I do pay for the monthly membership and I do have the top membership. Today I went to the car wash, rolled my window down. Told the guy I would like you to wash my windows on the front and the back really well, and he said OK I’ll do it for you. Then he took his brush and he swapped it once across the windshield pulled it back and never did the rear one at all. He might as well have saved his time because all he did was make me mad by not even doing a half hearted job. I did talk to the manager once since my last review and told him the issue I had and he says it’s so hard to get people to do things right because all he is allowed to pay is $12 an hour which is minimum wage and you see what kind of help I can get for $12 an hour . The owners of this car wash need to start paying more for their help. I’m a small business owner as well, and if I had people that performed like this, they would not work for me and would be replaced. Plus you can’t get anybody to work for you for $12 per hour in this day and age. This is just poor judgment on the Ownership of the car wash. Surely they know that we have a Half dozen new car washes being built all around the city that we can change our memberships to.

We have 4 cars on the account here and probably go every other day and sometimes everyday depending upon weather! Peter and King along with the rest of the staff there always greet us as soon as he sees that Big Red shinny truck pull up. I can’t think of a time where he hasn’t asked how we were doing and how the day was going! The equipment there is always functioning well! GREAT PLACE FOR AN AUTOMATIC CAR WASH

Wash is much better than zips! Less expensive and better overall. Kevin took the time to make sure I knew about the monthly fees and extra vehicle plans. He even took the time to make sure my vehicle was taken care of properly before signing me up! Glad I decided to give them a try!

Not bad but not great. Price is a little steep when not the best express car wash.Updating this a year later and improving as they have an underbody option and zips doesn't have this option at all.... almost the same cost so a way better value and wash is just as good.
