Now referred to as AdaptHealth, I give the highest rating because of the way I and my family were treated by a young Rep named Brandon. An accident ended up requiring the renting of several pieces of equipment in order to return home from a facility. Brandon was non-tiring in his efforts to provide the best equipment to aid in my healing. A company that encourages its staff to work so kindly with the public is one I'll recommend.

Other than having to call a number in New York (Adapt Health) to get scheduled for a fitting in Lynchburg, Va., the experience was good.

If I could give this company below a 1 I would. You can never get anyone one on the phone and they never return calls. Worst company I have ever dealt with when needing life saving equipment such as oxygen.

Worst customer service on the planet!! I have called several times the past 2 days and sit on hold for over 20 min each time. Sometimes a person will pick up and say "can you please hold" and I scream NO! I am in fact put on hold again. I have left messages and no return call. When we ordered the equipment I had to physically drive to the office to speak with someone. Now all I want is to return their stuff. 100% do not recommend!! I feel for the patients that have urgent needs!
