You can be who you think you are, without being smelly, dirty and gross. This store has turned into a smelly freak show. Super sad. So weird. Sally's used to be the place to go, but ordering online now. Eeeekkkk.

5 star experience thanks to the lovely clerk - Monique ? Not only did she check on me multiple times because she noticed that I was intensely studying a couple different products, she also held impeccable awareness for each new group of clients that walked in (~8 while I was there for 15-20 minutes), instantly greeting them and letting them know she was there to help. I walked out with each of her recommendations (5 different products: curling iron, shampoo and conditioner for extensions, dry shampoo, and 2-in-1 heat protectant/hairspray) and am excited to try them, thanks to her. She didn’t skip a beat and walked around making sure everyone had what they needed simultaneously being ready and prepare at the register.BEST customer service I’ve had in a long time, especially in a busy store. Customers were in and out within 10-20 minutes, no problems. There’s a large selection too!!

Salesperson on Saturday sold me hair shampoo and conditioner she recommended as well as other things she recommended. I was very pleased with the care and time she took. I got the shampoo and conditioner bottles home and the pumps didn't work . I brought them back the next day and the salesperson went and tried to get me a bottle that opened and pumped. (I spent a 100 the day before not a lot but enough to be somewhat significant.). None of the bottles worked . I asked if she had pumps that I could have so I could use the product . We determined the pumps didn't fit but begrudging I figured I could use them . She said to the other clerk "I'll have to watch a YouTube video later to open them because I know they open" . I went to leave and she said I had to pay for the pumps ( 1.99) . I didnt have my wallet as I had expected to exchange them for working bottles. She said I had to pay . I said refund them . She couldn't do that. I would have to come back. Customer service is not their specialty today. No thinking about the customer. I returned something the day before because it didn't work but purchased even more because of how I was treated. 3 trips to have merchandise work is a bit much . I'm sure she/they thought I was ridiculous but as a business owner I would not want my customers to be treated like that. As the expression goes "Penny wise and pound foolish " You never know who will send you business or who won't . Be kind and giving .

I love Sally's, had to run by the other day to pick up some bleach and toners. One of the ladies greeted me as soon as I walked in. I was in and out, just how I like it!

Thank you Sally Beauty Supply for helping me fix my hair which I had dyed horribly wrong with a box dye. The manager and staff were great in talking me through everything I’d need to do to, and showing me which products to use. With their advice, I managed to get almost my exact natural color back which was my goal! I couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out!

The ladies at the registers are very friendly and willing to help, if needed. They are always sure to check my account for coupons as well as answer questions and suggest products based on what I'm looking to do with my hair. 90% of the time they have my hair color in stock. This is why they have had my repeat business for years!

I tried calling multiple times throughout the day to double check your hours (no one answered and voicemail was full)...after checking them by automated phone, on google, and your store website I Got there at 5:10 (after a 35 minute drive) and though there were at least 3 very visible employees wandering around, your doors were locked. Obviously "staff shortage" is simply the excuse you are going with to not have to stay open and deal with customers. I have already reported this store to corporate once and now will be doing it again. Very BAD and unprofessional business practices.

This store closed at 7pm on 11/27/2021. They said that they were short staffed! Ridiculous! Three employees walked out of the store!

The new management that has taken over this store is doing an excellent job. I have seen this store do a major turn around in the past weeks since new management has taken over.

I visit Sally's 11‐6-21 around 6:45pm with a note that said emergency close. I then arrived today around 1:45 that said will reopen at 240pm. Call it frustration be added i had my heart set on doing something special to me hair, but I'm sure I won't go to this Sally's any more. I rather go out of town and get my Sally needs and bring it back to Lynchburg.

Google maps shows you are open until 7. After a 30 min drive I get there at 5:10 and you are closed.
