It's hard to shop and be at peace when the employees follow you around. When I want to look and compare prices, it would be nice to not have an employee on my heels. I'd like to be able to go to the employee when I'm ready for more information.

I went for a mattress sale. The salesperson didn't know what was going on. He wasn't very helpful and it seemed like he couldn't be bothered. Its a shame since I bought my dining room set there and my living sectional. Third time wasn't the charm.

Came in today to look for something specific, but I am not the type of shopper that wants to be bothered by sales people the whole time I’m looking. I’ll find you the moment I need help, I promise. I was approached immediately by a brown haired balding man who asked what he could help me with and I politely explained I was okay, and thanked him for asking. He then proceeded to follow me all over the store, so obviously it would have been cartoonish if it wasn’t so creepy. He followed me down the stairs, immediately back up the stairs, this end of the store and that. It made me very uncomfortable and I left before I could finish looking.

Bed o purchased was delivered and not put together right. Had to come out and second time. Have owned the bed less than 6 months and it's flimsy and falling apart. Drawers and head board are made of cheap particles board
