People on the phone were nice enough, however the driver they send out was horrible and had a nasty attitude as if it was an inconvenience to him- to do his job . We will look elsewhere to do business after this incident. We like to use local businesses but it makes things hard when you send out bad attitude people .

I bought this quartz to cover a grassy area near my driveway. Derek at the front counter was helpful and encouraging. The whole process took less than two hours and was considerably less than buying landscape stones by the bag at a big box store.

We ordered 16 tons of Topsoil delivered in 2 loads. The first load was perfect, the second load not so much. 8 tons was dumped in our backyard and looked fine. When we started to spread it the soil was so clumped up it was impossible. The chunks of soil were the size of basketballs and were impossible to break up. I made several trips to Scott's to complain and was told that the owners were not presrent. We had brought a 5gal bucket with examples and the manager took photos. Scotts never contacted us about the problem. We have a pile of these chunks behind our hedge and are unable to do anything with them.

Scott’s Mulch was great to work with and made our project easy. We had talked to other companies about our project and the prices where are ridiculously high. The other companies did not want to problem solve for our project, but Scott’s Mulch and more problem solved and came up with a great solution with the cost being equal to the size of the job. They completed the job quickly and stayed on top of partner company needed for the job. The business manager and staff were helpful and friendly. We woold highly recommend using them and we would use them again without hesitation. I truly’s lived up to their name doing much more.

I waited through two weeks of broken promises for a landscaper guy to bring me some soil for raised beds I made. Then one 2 minute call and the soil was on its way. They delivered at near the exact time promised and the driver dropped it perfectly with a smile.

Spring is in the air and I was anxious to clean up my landscaping around my home and pool. I previously purchased all my mulch from another area landscaping store and knew exactly what worked well and what I wanted. My husband wanted to order from Scott’s and try their product to see if there is a difference so we did. What a mistake! They delivered the wrong mulch and said there was a miscommunication and to many assumptions going on. I requested that they come and remove the mulch since it was the wrong mulch and waited for a response. Finally I was told they would charge $225(a restocking fee) I understand they are a business and it would be a process to remove the mulch but the mulch delivered was not what I purchased. Customer satisfaction is not guaranteed! I will never purchase anything from them again. Their mulch is way over priced and customer service is not a priority just their bottom line.

Scotts delivered me some rock to line a veggie garden, and the soil and compost. It's been the most productive garden even through winter. They backed the truck to where it left the materials right where I needed them and when I needed more to completely fill the garden area they delivered within an hour! I can plant it densely like a raised bed. Helpful service and good prices. I will be using them for more materials I didn't realize they carried.

I had a dump truck and another half load delivered this morning. On time and the driver of the truck did the most amazing job spreading them while dumping. Very impressed with this place and they were very reasonable priced. Will definitely do more business with them. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Before and after pictures of job.
