In one of the busiest areas to have a Sheets, I still always have a positive experience every time I’m here. The staff are super nice and the food’s always good!

Went to get drinks, like I do every morning, and the store was packed at 4am. One cashier, slow as molasses going up hill, on a cold day, and both self checkouts weren't working. Since I had to get to work, I was forced to leave without my usual. This happens at least twice a week, and should be addressed.

Ordered a steak sub double meat. Wasn't even a single portion. Couldn't eat half of the bread it was so stale. And they didn't get the toppings on the sun right either. Worst Sheetz food ive ever had.

Took 30 minutes to get my food from the drive thru at the timberlake location and the food was cold first time has happened there not trusting their drive thru no more

I doordashed a quesarito at like 1 in the morning and opened it to munch down on an amazing quesarito. I get done and look over to see a sticky note that says "I cried making this" and that made my night. To the employee I hope it was the onion and not the order. But to the overall chain, employees like that are incredible. That two seconds to write that down is positivity and humanity. Y'all will get a 5 stars any day from me with service that great. Also the food is AMAZING

Usually good food & service but my waffle is burnt tonight! Just left Sheetz about 20 mins ago & get home to find a blackened waffle! Just wanted to eat a sweet treat after a long night but kinda bummed out now! If you wouldn’t eat it, don’t serve it!
