I use my chime card in order to get a discount on the gas. I did the rewards table which gave me$ .05
But that was the discount using the Shell discount not Chime. So not sure what I did wrong but reading the review from the other person is that the cards just don't work properly? My cost was supposed to be $2.91 a gallon. However I paid $3.04 a gallon. Shell is not my usual station but through the Chime card I was expecting a greater discount!

The people at the shell on boonsboro road in Lynchburg are very nice , they seem to be great people . But it was very stange what happened. My friend has a Shell gift card . She tried to use it and they told her it didn’t have any money on it. She took it to another Shell station and they accepted the gift card with no problem ,they even told her the remaining balance. What’s wrong with the system at the Boonsboro road Shell ?

Waited over 20 mins to find out they never made my 2 hot dogs and were lost on what to do so asked for a refund and left doubt I'll go there again
