Every time I've needed to have mail forwarded to wherever I am, it's been an easy phone call to the store and excellent customer service to get my mail sent to me wherever I am. They make sure I am aware of all charges and if I'm in a remote part of the country, they'll walk me through the best rate for the speed of service I want.
