“The staff here are basically my second family haha. Couldn't run my 3 businesses without them. There's nothing they can't help me with. Wish there were more than 5 stars to give.”

“Jennifer, Seth, and Hannah are ALWAYS so helpful- They are very pleasant to work with even when things get crazy with a line out the door. Jennifer personally helped me yesterday with a large cumbersome box that was very heavy. She came outside and helped me lift it:):) These 3 always go above and beyond!”

“I stopped by Staples to return a couple of Amazon packages, and Kendall at the customer service desk made the visit enjoyable. He greeted everyone with a smile, happily helped another customer before me, and made my returns quick and effortless. A simple errand turned into a genuinely positive experience thanks to his friendly attitude!”

“Super friendly people and the most efficient shipping experience I've had anywhere! I was nervous to try sending my package again after the lady over at the Clay Street post office tried to scam me into paying $54 to send my 1.2lb box after a long wait in line. The man at the Boonsboro USPS window was honest and gave me the $14.55 shipping cost without me needing to show him the screenshots I took of the postal service website. Great people and no long wait! Even though it's 15 minutes out of my way, I am coming here from now on.”

“I have had a mailbox at this store for 2 years now and I travel for work all the time so I'm rarely around to pick up mail. Every time I've needed to have mail forwarded to wherever I am, it's been an easy phone call to the store and excellent customer service to get my mail sent to me wherever I am. They make sure I am aware of all charges and if I'm in a remote part of the country, they'll walk me through the best rate for the speed of service I want. I truly appreciate the time and service this store provides. They all have great attitudes and have always been friendly and helpful over the phone and in person. Truly appreciate this UPS branch and the employees who run it!”

“The employees that work here are so friendly. I wish I knew them by name but I come in here probably once a month and all three of the employees (two different women and one younger man) who have helped me have been so kind and helpful. They always strike up a conversation with me and ask how I am doing. Great customer service.”
