Thank you Al and Patsy in Lynchburg, VA location 0687. I arrived for a unit less then 10 minutes before the office was going to close on a Saturday evening. I felt bad arriving that late, and apologized when I realized they were closing. But Al and Patsy were super friendly and helpful and got me setup with a unit. They both stayed late to help me, and Al even made sure I got my lock he sold me on the unit before I left. I came back the next day, and started using my unit. I’m so happy I chose them at istorage. I also like the fact that they have employees that work in the office and have security cameras and access gate. Thank you both so much!

I’m a college student and needed a place to store some of my things over the summer so I rented a 5x5 storage unit at the best price I could find around; and they did not disappoint! Mike helped me cancel my lease at the end of the summer no problem!

Easy and quick system to choose the unit and sign all the paperwork. I rented online and could start using the storage at the same day. The place is clean, easy to access, and safe. The local office also sells a useful list of things (like boxes, tapes, dehumidifiers, locks). And the price for the storage is very fair.

The staff is extremely nice and professional. They go out of their way to help and ensure their customers are taken care of and satisfied. I highly recommend NSA storage. I truly appreciate their kindness.

They have done nothing to upgrade security for tenants. My sister and I share multiple units and have had at least two break-ins. Also they block key security camera angles with large U-Haul rental trucks. Not to mention that the facility has serious health hazards in the form of fiberglass dust as a result of failing insulation that was not properly mitigated.
