We can't say enough good things about the wonderful staff at the Timberlake Road T-Mobile store. They provided us with old school customer service---knowledgeable employees who actually want to help the customer. My husband has dubbed them "the three wise men". If all T-Mobile stores were this competent (and sadly they are not) the competition would not stand a chance. I only wish we had visited sooner. It would have saved us a good deal of frustration. Admittedly, we are not very tech savvy and this staff explained things we could clearly understand. Thank you, Gentlemen, for a most pleasant experience.

Sam is awesome!! Knows his stuff!! Only go to the T moble on Timberlake road. Otherwise you are wasting your time.
