Writing this review on behalf of a family member, Debra. She had mold in her car from windows being left down in the rain. She talked to Elliot and set up an appointment for him to clean the car. He cleaned the car well and gave her a guarantee that he would remove all the mold. He has checked in with her to ensure that all the mold was removed, and even though the car appears fine to her, he has offered to come inspect the car just to be thorough. She is so grateful for his work!

My daughter got water in her car via the sunroof being left open. We took it to Elliott and he detailed the car and steam cleaned it. There was garbage left in the car.
My daughter came home and had all of the windows shut, there was no rain that night, and the next morning she woke up and had mold reappear all over. She took the car back to Elliot and had him do it again.
The next morning she woke up and yet again there was mold. We took it to the Honda dealership and they told us that she would need to find new car seats as the mold had entered the foam in the front seat. A mold remediation company told us that we would have to rip out the carpet and that we would need to also replace the seats. We advised her to lift up the carpet in the back as much as she could in put towels underneath. The towels were soaked with water.
We found another car detailing company who is extracting all of the water and keeping the car in the garage multiple days with doors open to air out and dry up the car. Elliot admitted to not getting all the water the first time. He will not refund my money for a bad job.
