Every employee I have encountered in this store has been absolutely phenomenal and has the answers to every single one of my questions and if they don't have one, they'll find one. Hands down the best customer service and phone service I've ever had.Corey Reynolds, the local Business Account Executive, is awesome. He answered all of my questions when I was looking to get internet for my business!And most recently, my encounter with Geneva at the store. She is absolutely fantastic and I hope she stays there for a long time!!

I am very unsatisfied with this location! About a month ago I come in to add a line to my account, and they have a promotion going on where I am told I am eligible for it and that I will get a gift card. On top of that I was told I was going to get a refund because I overpaid for something. Three weeks go by, no refund! I go back to the store and ask about it just to find out the refund was never even put through the system! At this point I am already upset and so I ask for my gift card status and just to find out AGAIN that it was not put through the system. The worker seemed very lost. Now, over a month I am on the phone with the costumer service and they are telling me I am not eligible for the gift card after one month of waiting… not to mention the coverage is terrible and the billing couldn’t be more confusing:

The sales person was not able to help with a problem and the other associates in the store weren't willing to help. The entire staff seemed unmotivated and just wanted to go back to their phones.

It's a shame that grown adults can't do exactly what I'm trying to teach my children right now which is pay attention and follow direction now I'm left by myself to fix the problems that they created for me. Go to one of the outside stores at the mall don't go to the mall.

I had the worst experience ever at this store went in to Merge from Sprint to T-Mobile I left with no service on any of the 3 devices I had my service was cancelled I lost my numbers and I spent a total of 21 hours in this store of the course of three days lost money from my own business as my clients weren’t able to contact and to top it all off I was lied to by Tehrini (the manager) and told that I would receive credits for my inconvenience. I believe that my service was cancelled in an attempt to have me set up new accounts so that commissions could be met. My credit was pulled unnecessarily in this attempt and I have been more than patient trying to rectify the situation but they are not willing to make things right. As I’m reading the reviews I now see this is a common practice at this store BUYERS BEWARE!!!

HORRIBLE experience. Sat in there 4 hours while the 2 girls ordered food and then they gave me the wrong phone. Caused me to wait even longer. No apology. Was charged for charging blocks that I didn’t ask for. The only add on I asked for was a screen protector. Unprofessional and rude staff. Was told in order to qualify for the advertised promotion had to pay off old phone and turn it in. Now I’m out $600 and it turns out I do not qualify for the advertised promotion. They claim they told us it was for 3 lines not 2. REGARDLESS, when you “switch” from Sprint o T-Mobile you don’t get any new line discount, that was news to me. Have spent hours on the phone with Customer Support and they were slightly more helpful. Contacted by the store manager after I gave feedback about my experience and he didn’t apologize for the poor customer service all he said was “we told you that you would have to get 3 lines” okay… but you didn’t tell me I wouldn’t qualify for anything by coming from Sprint.HORRIBLE AND RUDE

Poor!!! Seriously POOR Service!!! Their customer service SUCKS! I have been hung up on numerous times! I'm so over it! They keep changing their rate and lying about it. I've been a customer for three years and 4 months!!!

Waited for customer staff stop chanting. I left . Very disappointed. I wanted to switch cellphone carries. I wanted to get my family iphones. But the staff kept on talking among themselves.

I had the worst experience with this T-Mobile store. I walked in explaining my issue and needs. I was dismissed from the store. They Refused to help me also. Suggested I go to a different T-Mobile location. One employee walked out and the other employees were new to the store and didn’t have the knowledge to assist me. I came to the store purchased two phones and was misled by the employees regarding my plan and what I was receiving for my plan.

The two people working there were totally incompetent. Neither one knew the necessary password to get into the computer. After waiting for a long time I finally told them to forget about my new phone and I left.

Amber and India are by far the best sales associates I have ever met. These two ladies went above and beyond on multiple occasions during the night to assist my family and give us the best deals available to us. I wish I could give this a 10 star!
