Very happy with the Mohawk flooring. Matt installed. John installed the tile for the bathroom. BUT the transitional pieces didn’t get ordered until I called and talked to DJ. He was very nice and respectful. He said he would call back but it’s been a week. Not too happy with the back room service. Still waiting on the transitional pieces to be installed. Get Piedmont to do your job if you’re willing to wait…a long time.

Worst experience ever! So bad that they didn't even contact us to see if we were satisfied. Bathroom took 5 months, tile slippage, misaligned floor that ultimately was replaced, grout had to be torn out and they said it was because we washed the floor! Never told us not to. WE had to clean hand prints in kitchen, front door and footprints on hardwood. Grout color still uneven - they tried painting grout colorant which just peeled. They had originally offered financial concessions, but at the end of the day they offered nothing. Extremely difficult for our builder to deal with. We have used them in the past but NEVER AGAIN!

I just had carpet installed in my home by Piedmont Floor Show this week, and I am very pleased. Bree, the sales person with whom I worked sometime ago in preparation for this project has been professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful!
What I am writing about today mostly concerns the carpet installers: Kevin is absolutely excellent! He is fabulous at his craft, punctual, patiently listened to my questions about installation particulars, and did an excellent job in my home! Jeremy, his second man, is kind, helpful, and worked very hard. They were a great team!

Great flooring options and products. Matt was our installer and was great. He came on time each day and worked hard. Installed 3 rooms in 2 days by himself. Can't stress enough what a fantastic job he did.

We were renovating an old bank building to make it a church and the old floors were a mess to say the least. These guys came in and got the base all fixed up and did a beautiful job laying the carpet. They are very friendly and helpful. And they gave us the best price by far.

My friend had all the floors redone. Beware the fine print. After they sold the flooring, they had neglected to say that this product required a level floor. Contract states it could cost more. It needed leveling, and cost 30% more !

Very helpful from start to finish! They were great at listening to what I was wanting and then pointing me in the right direction and helping me understand my options. They have a large selection so you're sure to find something you'll love! I had both vinyl and carpet installed. Both crews were courteous and the finished product was flawless!

Flooring was fine. Watch your walls they will tear your drywall, don't tell you they did it. Send them back after you tell them about it, terrible job at repairing it, but they don't have a drywall person so the cost if you want it done right is on you.
