Due to life's demands, Timberwest Storage has sheltered my household goods and memorabilia for over 11 years. Through that period, I trusted and had faith in the management there. I was extremely pleased with their protection and the security of my goods. I highly recommend Timberwest Storage and, if needed, would use this property again.

When we moved to Lynchburg over five years ago, we were in need of a reliable storage facility that could cater to our varied requirements. The staff at Timberwest are always professional, courteous, and go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are satisfied. Their commitment to providing excellent service is evident in everything they do, from the way they maintain the facility to how they handle inquiries and requests. We’ve always felt that our belongings were in good hands, thanks to the secure and well-maintained premises.
One of the things we appreciate most about Timberwest Storage is the variety of storage options available. Whether you need large spaces for bigger items, or something temporary for a shorter duration, they have it all. This flexibility has made it incredibly easy for us to adjust our storage needs over time, and we have never had to worry about finding a solution elsewhere.

Over the years, they’ve continually provided a level of reliability that is hard to find, making our lives that much easier. The best place for space, period. I rented three spaces here for about ten years and these folks went out of their way on several occasions to accommodate my needs, including a couple of special occasions. The property manager, Peeps, is as about as good of a person as you will find. I highly recommend them.

Timberwest Storage has the best quality units in town with stellar customer service! Peeps, the owner of the establishment, is very kind and exceeds expectations of quality service and organization of her business. Peeps went over every unit available with me and personally helped me choose which would be the best price and space for my belongings. The grounds are clean and well groomed. It is a safe environment I feel comfortable to visit and is always secure and well lit. The storage units themselves are sturdy and well structured. I highly recommend this storage unit The establishment and the owner have many amiable qualities, which makes Timberwest Storage the best storage unit in Lynchburg!
