We sent a document from this business guaranteed delivery for the next morning. Over 24 hour later the document was not delivered and still sitting at the Lynchburg hub. We picked it up at the hub and drove 12 hours to hand deliver it ourselves. They promised to refund our money as it was guaranteed. 3 weeks later and hours on the phone and waiting in the store, we still do not have our guaranteed delivery refund. Do not trust this store.

If I could give this particular UPS store 0 stars I would. The grey short haired lady that works/ runs the place is quite possibly the most rude, miserable, mean, nasty "customer service" individual I have ever met. I have had the displeasure of dropping packages off at this store on multiple occasions. I go out of my way to work with any other associate at this location if at all possible. UPS is great, so if you need to ship via UPS go to Boonsboro.

Don't get your books rebound here.... the guy did such a bad job. Like if you're going to have a hard time with it tell the customer what the issue is going to be so that they can make a more informed decision. The book is now completely uneven. One page is just randomly above all of the rest because he had to punch different holes in that particular page. This is so unprofessional... he handed the book to me as if this okay and nothing was wrong with the book the way it looked. So if you have a book that has seemed to come out of the binding don't go here to get it rebound. I would prefer my book before to this mess.

Dropped off my package and purchased 2 more Larry's flash lights. Service was friendly and fast. I am never disappointed with the UPS stores.

I would like you to continue your training in customer service with a new gentleman there named Jake. I found my interaction with him to be a bit unnerving, and I think others in there found the same. I'm sure he's a good person, just some difficulty with social skills. He was a little scary to be totally honest.

The employees that work here are so friendly. I wish I knew them by name but I come in here probably once a month and all three of the employees (two different women and one younger man) who have helped me have been so kind and helpful. They always strike up a conversation with me and ask how I am doing. Great customer service.

Had to return a book I didn't need for a class. Had everything ready to go, including packing slip and prepaid label, but needed it boxed up. Guy behind the counter, Thomas, boxed it up and charged me $8 for the box and peanuts. Could have sworn it didn't cost that much when I returned a similar book 6 months ago, but maybe cardboard and styrofoam is more expensive now. Anyway, what bothers me is when I asked about including the packing slip in the box (as per the instructions of the company I'm returning the book to), Thomas said I didn't need to include it because the prepaid label has a barcode on it for them and they can "just suck it up". As someone who has worked in retail management for 20 years, I found his comment and attitude to be a bit disconcerting from a customer service standpoint.

This store is conveniently located in a strip mall. Compared to DC, there wasn't a line at lunch time. The employee was nice.
