Can’t say enough wonderful things about Jeffrey at this US Cellular location! We switched carriers and plans and it ended up being more involved than we originally thought it would be. He was WONDERFUL to work with. Patient and kind and made sure we got the deals worked out correctly and made everything right — even though we probably added way more work than normal to the process! Thank you for such great service and making sure we got everything squared away!

Hello my name is DeBraca Sales, my mom and I are both customers at the Old Forest Rd. store. My mom was having trouble with her phone and Merium Venezuela was on point ! Her patients was outstanding! She did not stop until the problem was fixed ! We were there twice in one week and she was superb !! She is our go to when we need a problem solved ! I’ve dealt with a lot of people but she is definitely an exception, very pleasant and there’s no length that she won’t go through to make sure the customer is satisfied even if it’s closing time! A true example of what a great employee should be ! I’ve had the pleasure of being waited on by others and they were good but,Meriaum is one reason why I have referred quite a few people to US Cellular. She is definitely the example of what an employee should be !! She goes the extra mile and I and my family appreciate her very much ! Thank you sooooo much !!

Miriam was super helpful and professional. She makes a point to do her job efficiently and as quickly as possible.
