It’s roomy, easy to access, and beautifully decorated before we added the first decoration. Robin and Bethany were excellent to work with and were very quick to answer all my questions. They took my ideas and helped me bring them to life. I am forever grateful for their help!”

“The room was clean and our check-in was quick. The employees working the desk were friendly. While eating our morning breakfast, we met Brian Cardwell. He was working in the breakfast area. He helped my kids make waffles and was extremely friendly. I am a business owner and he is exactly the kind of person you want working for you. Normally, I don’t leave reviews, but I felt like he went over and beyond to make us have a great breakfast.”

“This place is adorable and I loved the atmosphere and the friendliness of the ladies at check in. The restaurant attached was also very good. However, it seems we were given an accessible room despite having booked 2 months in advance, and the bathroom/shower could’ve been better. There’s not a good place to hang up your towels, just the metal bars they have surrounding the toilet for people needing help getting up. The shower head is also pointing towards the narrow part of the shower so water immediately sprays out because the curtain and the little ledge they have doesn’t keep the water in, instead of having the shower head on the wall that allows the sprayer to go towards the other shower wall. Then we went down for breakfast at 8am (starts at 7) and whatever item they had out to go with the syrup was already out. I waited almost an hour to see if they’d be refilling it, because surely they aren’t out of a main breakfast item by 8am on a Sunday, so I eventually asked and nope, they had no intentions of refilling it. That was disappointing.”

“If I could give Karen 10,000 stars, I would. I've heard so much about her from others and how great her service is! She's awesome from the time you walk in to the time you leave. Her massage skills are excellent! You can tell she takes pride in her job and loves what she does. Last but not least, what a peaceful spirit she has. You can feel it in the air! If you're ever in the Lynchburg area, definitely try to book with her. You will not be disappointed. I will definitely be visiting her every time I come in from Atlanta!”
