The worst of the worst! I have been a corporate manager/director for almost 30 years. The work ethic and lack of customer service at this location is a reflection of the leadership and management team at this location. In my over 23 years of Verizon patronage and the money spent for cellular service, I am highly disappointed in my experience at this location.
For starters, I entered into this store and there was only one sales representative- she was working with a customer. Another customer was ahead of me. After about 5 minutes, she acknowledged the other customer and proceeded to the back of the store to get help. She opened a private door behind the sales desk- the person behind this door was obviously too busy to oblige her first request. She continued to explain that a customer needed assistance. About 5 minutes later, a young man proceeded to help the awaiting customer. It was obvious that the sales person could not satisfy this customer- he left. What happened next angered me.
The sales person- young man- helper ignored me and returned to the private office. I stood in the center of the store and neither sales person said one word to me- secondly, no one greeted me and neither salesperson asked if I needed help. I immediately called Verizon and told them about my experience. They attempted to call the location, but no one answered. Finally, the young lady (the lone sales person who was already assisting someone else), proceeded to the private office again to get help. The young man returned and asked me what I needed. Again, no greeting, no apology- he slouched in his chair with his disheveled appearance. I asked for his manager's contact information, but he said that he could not share it.
Conclusion: My corporate location in Lynchburg and the company as a whole uses Verizon exclusively for their employees' cellular service. If this is representative of the store closest to our location, I am sure we can find other resources that will service us well. This may have been a long review, but hopefully the management of this location will make the necessary adjustments to ensure that their customers are treated with respect and dignity.

Gabe was great , knowledgeable and very informative and patient He even called his boss to ask about our situation. We ended up buying 2 new iPhones because he showed us the specials that we had received this week on free new iPhone 16 with trade in of old phones He was very curtious and attentive to other patrons that walked in store. I want it to be noticed that the customer satisfaction that I received in issues I was having and got my questions answered in a professional with great knowledge and patience was remarkable at the location by the District Manager Alex and his team.

Came in with my daughter’s iPhone. She cracked her screen but it still works. I pay over $300 a month for 4 lines. Came to see what my options were as far as upgrading it or having the screen fixed. Literally no help at all. The two representatives spent more time explaining it to each other then helping me understand my options. Only in the end to tell me I can pay $300 and then upgrade it. Other than that it was nothing else they could do. This is ridiculous.

Was trying to switch accounts, which wasn’t as easy as the associate made it sound and then she bails in the middle of the transaction before I can upgrade my phone. Then the other associate was too busy to help. Got to the store almost 2 hours before they closed and had to leave without getting my phone upgraded because of that. Poor customer service.

Terrible customer service at this store, will never go here again. I bought a screen protector that started falling apart after 24 hours. I went to return it and the person working said they could only replace, not refund. I did not want a replacement of the same bad product. I asked when the manager would be in so I could come back. After texting the manager, (whose name is Alexander Williams), I was told that he could not tell me when he would be in, and I could not have a phone number to contact him, only an email. Essentially the manager did not want to speak to me or deal with the issue. I did email both the manager, along with his supervisor, Christopher Mossburg and have not heard back from either of them. (Which is exactly why I wanted a phone number.) This is an embarrassing way to handle customers. To be told that there is no manager available at any point and that you cannot contact them is absolutely unacceptable. Stay far away from this store!!!
