“I had a great experience at Timberlake Animal Hospital! I came in for an appointment to diagnose our cat's persistent cough. Our regular animal hospital recently closed and we were recommended Timberlake as a locally-owned, trustworthy veterinarian.
The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The vet tech who did our intake was also very nice and helped put my cat at ease. Dr Pearson was warm, knowledgeable, and attentive to his patient. Their prices were very reasonable and they called me promptly the next day with the results from her heart test.
My cat obviously felt comfortable in their office because as soon as the carrier was open she started walking around and checking out the exam room, stopping to admire the snow outside. Even after the winter storm this past weekend, the Timberlake Animal Hospital staff were dedicated and available - they even texted me beforehand to warn of ice at the top of their parking lot.
Overall, I was very pleased with the level of service and the care my pet received. I would recommend Timberlake to anyone looking for a good vet.”

“Doctor Dixon is the head vet there and she is so helpful. She is the best vet I have ever come across and she actually knows what she is doing. She puts your pets health first and does not try to overvaccinate them. If I would recommend any vet it would be Dr. Dixon at Dimond Hill Animal Hospital!”

“Compassionate, FOCUSED, staff! I have had several canines, with care at VCA. Dr. McConnell was absolutely wonderful with all of my senior pets, and once came over to my house, when my 19 year old friend was leaving us - she and a staff member with her, were amazing. They took him to the hospital for cremation, as I was so upset - very grateful. Now, I have a rescue, 4 years old, he is a patient. Ear issues and allergies, which Dr. McConnell is treating, with great improvement!My experience over the years, has been very positive.”

“Tonight was our 5th visit here and we continue to have great experiences.
We have had a heart breaking diagnosis for our sweet 10 year old golden shepherd and the vet was so kind and took her time answering all of our questions.
Sadly, we had to bring our same pup back and had our final moments with him there. Everyone was so kind and empathetic and let me be with and love on my baby boy through it all.
We had 3 other minor issues with our Irish Wolfhound pups involving peni that would not retract. In all situations we were seen as quickly as possible and had kind and caring care from the vet techs and vets. No one wants to go to an ER vet, but I have peace of mind knowing I am able to get my fur babies' needs taken care of at all hours of the day by kind and caring staff who have loved on and cared for our babies during their pain and ours. Thank you Dr. Baker and staff for your service!! Our family appreciates you all so very much!!”
