They had the car that I was looking for. Well, they had it at one of their other dealerships, but they were happy to get it to Lynchburg for me. David, my salesperson listened and made the deal happen. After being in a horrible car wreck in 2024 I wanted to safe car and that's why I wanted a Volvo! Thank you, David and coworkers for making the deal happen. I would be happy to refer them to anyone I know.

Posting reference service to my Mom's vehicle. Took it in last year to get AC checked. We got it fixed. It worked very briefly but went out again. Mom took it back and they said everything looked good. AC wouldn't work but it was getting into winter months so we decided to wait to take in. Now that it is getting warm took it back a month or so ago and now it's another thing wrong with the AC and it was over $2k to fix. Definitely disappointed we spent a lot of money to get AC fixed for it to not work and now something else is wrong with the AC but don't have confidence they can repair since it never worked properly the first time they were supposed to have fixed it
Edit June 20, 2025 - took this to another auto mechanic this week and they ran a leak test and found a leak in a pipe/hose. Replaced the part and AC works great. I believe Volvo Lynchburg replaced the wrong part last year when it should have been the pipe and that's the reason it worked for a day then went out as the refrigerant leaked out. Now feeling like we wasted the money we paid last year and I am glad we didn't pay $2k plus for the other fix they recommended this year because that would not have fixed the issue. Not happy with Volvo Lynchburg and won't be going back for service or new car purchase ever

Every single time I have a question or need with my Volvo the service team is impecable and on point! I Love Love Love this dealership as a whole.....they are what all luxury car experiences should be!!! Great Job Berglund Volvo!!!!!!

Traveling from Atlanta north through Virginia and an engine light came on my XC90 : They were of no help and wouldn’t even look or make a suggestion other than to go to The Volvo dealership in Charlottesville . I called Charlottesville from the parking lot and the head of service walked me through a number of possible issues over the phone which I was able to get fixed the next day . This dealership sucked and in reality is a BMW dealership that could care less about Volvo owners .

Tina was amazing, she made everything so smooth with purchasing the perfect to us Volvo! Communication is her strong suit, she reach out to me and made arrangements to get the car ready to show my wife. Then after purchase made sure we knew how everything worked and made us feel comfortable in our purchase. Thanks again!

Wow! What an awesome group of people to deal with. I normally do not buy vehicles in Lynchburg because of the lack of inventory. I went to Volvo, found the perfect SUV for me and the staff made sure it was perfect before it left the lot. I am so impressed with the level of care and professionalism. Thank you Tina Chilton!! Not only were you my sales person but now you are a friend.
