I have banked with Wells Fargo since I opened my checking account at 13 years old. This is the best Wells Fargo I have been to. I come in with ridiculous problems and get great service. Teresa is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Everyone else is friendly too. I have never had to wait!

Horrible bank. They will just sit around and let you wait for 20 mins and then say it wasn’t long. I will be changing my personal and business account.

They are a very easy to deal with! I use this account for local banking only. Never a problem. With Covid, most of my interaction has been talking to them on the phone. Easy to work with, good folks. Happy customer.

Heather michaels is extremely rude and snippy. Went in to ask a few questions and she acted like she couldn't help me at all. Told me to come back another day which I did and received the same rude treatment.

I went to this branch on 7/13/2018 to get my underaged son's debit card replaced . I waited for awhile to be serviced only to be told to call the 800 number because my son was not with me. Well , we all on the same account and this is the first time I was ever told this. I did call the 800 number and the rep told me I could have indeed done this at the branch. I called the branch manager and left him a message about my concerns of the lack of customer service. And he has NOT returned my call. I should have gone to the Graves Mill location like I ALWAYS have done but this was closer. This branch need me assistance with customer service.

My children went to the bank today with jars of coins. They have accounts at this bank and I actually purchased these quarters at this branch months ago for a reward system I did with the kids. They had no problem giving me the quarters but told my children that they cannot change the quarters to bills or deposit the money into their own accounts. Apparently this bank no longer takes money. I think we're shopping for another bank in Lynchburg.

I absolutely love this particular Wells Fargo Bank. Their staff is very friendly and always helps you with any questions that you have. When it comes to their drive through there very quick and proficient when it comes to cashing, depositing, or a withdrawal. I will continue to visit and do business with this particular Wells Fargo Bank and I am very pleased with the staff of this facility.

Over 45 minutes to cash a check, because the tellers won't cash a check written on their bank. They insist on making you see a "banker" so they can "verify the check" which is their language for trying to pressure you into opening an account with them. Really shady.

Complete Chaos! This branch is out of control and needs adult supervision. if your a banker whose a wanna be manager this might be an opportunity. Could not get any worse! Long waits. Management incompetence. Excuses not to do routine work to service customer accounts. "We are really busy could you go home and try back later?" WHAT???
