Our personal opinion is the quality of the furniture is very nice, but the quality of customer service is very poor. We had read previous reviews about the customer service, and they are correct. We went there and did purchase some furniture, but really felt as if we were talked down to. When you support great craftsmanship in furniture, you should support great customer service to the people who are supporting you in buying your furniture.

So in love with the quality of goods here.I'm a wood worker by trade, and it's refreshing to see actual wood craftsmanship being used in furniture still.We just purchased a dining room table and chairs for our kitchen remodel and can't wait to use it.

'Quality solid wood furniture. Over the years I've bought four bookcases and today I purchased a pantry cabinet. All of the furniture I bought was unfinished, but it only takes a few minutes to apply a satin finish. The $50 delivery fee is reasonable. I wasn't ignored when I was browsing, a salesperson asked me if I needed help.

We recently bought a table from here and it was a great experience from start to finish. The sales people were available but not pushy, they gave us a discount on the table, had it shipped and delivered and set up quickly. The table is great quality!
