Slow loading. Shift changes, smoke breaks. I've been here hundreds of times and each time they surprise me with more bs. Pray for an early appointment time or suffer. They desperately need competent staff.

Broker lied about my appointment. I was told it’s 8 am but it was scheduled for 3 pm. They took me in earlier. In 7 am out by 8.45 am. Be aware if you deliver from Pilgrim Mt Pleasant TX. They told me broker lies to truckers and dispatch too often. Otherwise, very friendly people and quick unloading. I wish they had a bathroom for drivers, only portable toilets available (be prepared if you sleep by the gates lol)

Very nice, before the entrance you can park and stay they open at 6:00AM. Check in 5:43 AM, and door 5:55AM good place they speak very good and respectfully. It’s my first time . And ( Merci)🙏

Got here Friday at 11:00 a.m. appointment was not until 16:00 when I walked in they said that the load is not supposed to be there till Monday at 6:00 a.m. so I am sitting waiting till Monday at the Petro in raphne Virginia

Overnight parking outside guard shack.
Check in early morning but loaded on you appointment time only.(ready for that headache).
One of the best.never complain about assigning door and not loading,coz other drivers appointment may be by that time.

Had a 10 am appointment. Showed up at 7:05. Was loaded and leaving at about 8:15. They have a staging area to park and wait in if they are busy, only downfall is only bathrooms are port-a-potties. They were clean, but had no hand sanitizer in them.

They're closed on the weekends but other than that they're open 24 hours and they have overnight parking.

I showed up friday an hour late because the shipper had me there for almost 8 hours. I lost most of my clock so I showed up late and they would not unload me!!They made me wait till Monday. I lost 2 good runs !!! They don't have to worry about me. Ever coming here again?They don't respect truck drivers time!!
